users can register Duo Push for a new smartphone or tablet, add WebAuthn methods like Touch ID on a Mac or security keys from supported browsers, or add a mobile or landline phone for SMS and phone call verification.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best about Cisco Duo is its intuitive mobile App and seamless push-based authentication, which makes secure access fast and user-friendly across all devices and platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cisco Duo's reliance on internet connectivity and its limited offline access can disrupt authentication workflows, especially in bandwidth-constrained environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cisco Duo solves the critical challenge of unauthorized access by enforcing multi-factor authentication across devices and platforms, helping us prevent phishing, credential theft, and lateral movements. Its seamless integration with cloud sevices and adaptive policies ensures secure, scalable access-reducing risk while improving user experience and operational agility.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, flexible UI/UX, can easily manage devices especially for Cisco eco system services. It can also run cross platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much about Cisco Duo because sometimes it takes some Time for login prompt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly I used Cisco Duo for Multi Factor Authentication and Single Sign On. It is very useful and benefiting for me. It solves my security MFA concerns.
