What do you like best about the product?
I like Cisco Duo's MFA and device trust features because they improve security while being simple for users and easy for IT to manage. The initial setup is mostly straightforward and user-friendly, though integration with legacy systems may require extra effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup with legacy applications can be tricky, MFA prompts sometimes delay, and reporting could be more detailed for better visibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Cisco Duo to secure user accounts and devices with MFA, enforce device trust, and protect applications, reducing unauthorized access and improving security and compliance.

It offers strong, flexible MFA options, including push notifications, biometrics, and tokens. Deployment is straightforward, and the experience is intuitive for end users. It also supports Zero Trust principles by verifying every user and device before granting access. On top of that, it integrates well with cloud services and VPNs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be costly for smaller organizations, especially when budgets are tight. Some of the more advanced features may also require higher licensing tiers, which can limit access unless you upgrade. In addition, it can add extra complexity in environments that rely on legacy systems, making setup and ongoing management more challenging.

Cisco Duo is a solid, user-friendly security solution centered on multi-factor authentication (MFA) and Zero Trust access controls. It strengthens login security, helps reduce the risk of compromised passwords, and fits well with today’s hybrid work environments.
Efficient MFA with Quick Setup, Minor Certificate Issue
What do you like best about the product?
I like the single sign-on feature in Cisco Duo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the certificate expiry with Cisco Duo. It shouldn't be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Cisco Duo for single sign-on which resolves multiple issues, and multifactor authentication to protect our stored identity.
Trusted, High-Class Security with DUO Push Multi-Factor Authentication
What do you like best about the product?
It has great security and compliance. It offers multi-factor authentication functionality. There is a user-friendly DUO Push mobile application that we can download on our smartphones, and whenever we need to authenticate on our websites, we can use the notification code to access them. With the DUO Push mobile app, there are also different methods available, such as phone calls, SMS codes, and token functionality. Overall, we can trust the DUO app, and it really helps keep our things secure. They will be having active customer support In case you stuck somewhere. It's easy for use and implementation in any handset it could be IOS or android. I need to use this daily as it's mandatory to authenticate while using the websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing to dislike, because they provide high-class security in this scam-filled world and help keep your things secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When accessing multiple platforms, it’s very easy to authenticate using different methods from the same application, DUO PUSH. You can use codes, tokens, a phone call, or push notifications to authenticate. Overall, it’s easy to use and a user-friendly application.

I use Cisco Duo for two-factor authentication, and it's reliable, quick, and integrates seamlessly with my mobile phone's operating system. Duo creates an additional layer of security, solving or reducing the risk of data breaches and unauthorized users from gaining access to confidential information. The initial setup was very easy, and it synchronized well with my company.

What do you like best about the product?
Duo’s push notifications are faster than SMS codes and don’t require typing anything, which helps cut down login time. The self-service portal also reduces helpdesk tickets, since users can manage their own devices without needing IT intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duo ends up being a single point of failure: if the service goes down or my phone dies, I’m completely locked out of everything.

I can log in to my laptop remotely and access work-related information. Basically, my company uses it for that purpose.

I use Cisco Duo for 2-factor authentication on some of my accounts. I like how it allows me to easily confirm logins and feels more secure than similar offerings. I like the interface and ease of use. I like the confirmation feature rather than code.

I don't have any major complaints. Everything works as it should.

Easy and Secure Access with Cisco Duo
What do you like best about the product?
I like Cisco Duo because it makes it easy to log in and verify your identity. There are several different features you can use, not just a phone number. You can use a text message or a code. It makes it pretty easy to be able to log in quickly. Also, the initial setup was fairly easy, only taking about five to ten minutes and it came with instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had an issue where I had no access to one of my phones, and, unfortunately, that phone number was linked to the account, so I had to call and update it and add another number. And that kind of took a little while. So I wasn't able to log in and start work right away, which was a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Cisco Duo for secured access into a private server, making it easy to log in and verify identity with multiple options like text or codes.

I like Cisco Duo because it's easy to use and integrate. It's really straightforward to integrate with other tools such as log collections or SIEM. It's also easy to learn, use, and manage, which is a big plus for me. The initial setup was uncomplicated, as we implemented it in less than a month. Overall, I find it cost-effective, and it fits well with our business decisions.
