Makes Life So Easy
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to authenticate with the push notification to my iPhone or Apple Watch
What do you dislike about the product?
That my other software tools aren't as easy to use as Duo Security. Seriously, I have no complaints. It makes my working life so much better, especially when I'm traveling for work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securely accessing our tech stack via Okta and our customer database

Get Duo.
DUO authentication for MFA...it just works
What do you like best about the product?
Once a user has completed setup of DUO, using it for authentication to secured sites is easy and straightforward. The multitude of authentication methods available through the service ensures that even the most finicky of users will have a method they are happy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup can be on the complicated side for end-users. It's possible that our own implementation of the product has led to some of the setup difficulties we see for users, but setup still seems more cumbersome than other MFA authentication products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use DUO to provide MFA services for a wide range of secured sites and platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DUO is a reliable and effective MFA solution. I've personally used others in previous positions, and DUP proves to be far easier to use daily for end-users.

What do you like best about the product?
Duo is very quick and secure. The app is easy to use and runs quickly. I have not encountered any bugs
What do you dislike about the product?
To me, It is not intuitive that the screen to approve a push notification is not the initial screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo Security provides an easy way to use two-factor authentication when logging into secure work platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it automatically gives me a push notification to accept the connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how I have to redo it every time connection is lost, if they can have a remember me like function that would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to connect to the computer in my lab without physically being there, saved me the time and allowed me to access things when I needed at the moment
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you download the app instead of using the pin it makes it much easier to gain access

How it breaks every Tuesday morning and does not send me a push.

The issue of security. It is amazing at preventing unauthorized access.

It's an amazing option for security!
Getting onto secure intranet from home
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with cell phone by simply pushing a button (yes or no). It performs the function of multi factor authentication without having to use a physical vpn token to generate codes that you have them manually put into the website first l.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it would remember me for a set period of time so I didn’t have to use it each time in login to the intranet from home in a given day.

Enables me to log into my Citrix farm remotely

It serves its purpose and is easy to use. It also has different options to keep information private.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the app as it is, I don't use it unless I need to log into my accounts.

We use it to get into out accounts at work, it helps us keep our client's information safe

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that I have to sign in every single time I need to check my work email & I have to have a verification code sent to me via text. It’s a secure way to keep my information private & protect private information in my secured email safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is a pain to sign in every single time, I understand it’s importance. It would be convenient to have like a PIN number or Face ID setup on my iphone

Easy to use. Very easy to set up. Once set up, one tap away to sign in to security features.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a little awkward. On iPhone, you will still have to open the app to sign in.
