EASY TO USE - LOGGING INTO SECURE DRIVE FROM ANYWHERE
What do you like best about the product?
I can literally go anywhere with my laptop and this program will authenticate my password to allow use on our office shared drive. Best thing for working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it was a little confusing to setup but once I received help from our IT office, I got the "swing" of it. Works perfectly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securely logging into our shared drive remotely. Benefits our office with additional security.
Highly secure Dual authentication mechanism
What do you like best about the product?
Flawless and easy to use. in case of connectivity issues, the best part is the token-based authentication

at times the authentication popup doesn't come up on the screen

An additional layer of security to access my organizational resources.
Dou is a very good way for security if logging in not at your company sites

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No one can log on anywhere except our sites without a Duo login approval

Quick two-step authentication, so easy
One of the simplest 2FA apps I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and straight to the point. Works for notifications, phone calls, and 6 digit codes that refresh every 30 seconds. There doesn't seem to be any issues with platforms. You can use it on WIndows and Mac and use it for iOS and Android. The admin portal is very user friendly. You can easily add phone numbers to users if they prefer to have both their work and personal phone setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the computer time and the phone time are not in sync, you will get a "Bad timestamp" error when trying to login. You won't know what is causing it since it doesn't tell you right away. Depending on how your computers are set up for your company, you'll be in a loop where you can't login because of the bad timestamp, but can't adjust the time because you can't login. The only way is to boot into safe mode, or hopefully your local admin can login and change the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company was switching over from using RSA. and the happiness level with users became night and day. They hated RSA's "PIN and the passcode". With Duo you only have to remember your Windows Password. When users were locked out with RSA it was not fun on the admin portal side either. The user would remain locked out until they were enabled again on the admin portal. With Duo, we were able to set it to unlock accounts after 30 minutes. In any instant that someone lost their phone, we can do a bypass setting, and they can log in as usual temporarily. We were not able to do that with RSA since the software was installed directly onto the laptop. For any users that were not wanting the Duo app installed on their phone, it still allowed the calling feature as an option. Such a small footprint and very versatile.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using RSA, definitely switch to this. Your users will be happier.

What do you like best about the product?
Security is key. Having an application like duo has allowed me and my company to get the safety we need, without constantly having to monitor every application. The onelogin system is genius, secure and easy for all of my employees. The app is integrated with so many companies, I have never had to request for soemthing new to be added, it truly is a one stop shop! I have also used this at a lot of companies so I didn't have to re-learn a system.
What do you dislike about the product?
when I got a new phone, I had to set everything up again, there should be a cleaner process on logging into your duo so you dont have to go down this road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security! Plain and simple. it also is a huge time saver for my IT department.
Excellent streamlined 2FA
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quick it is, even though it's 2FA, the process of sending a notice to my phone and getting me in takes probably 5 extra seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I've experienced so far, all good!

I'm solving password security with Duo. I use it on my school's platform where it's protecting my grades, enrollments, and other private information.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and could transfer to my new phone. I was also able to help many of our employees learn how to use it without much hardship.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to contact my company's helpdesk to transfer the key to another phone, but that may vary depending on your workplace. We have a good helpdesk team, so it was more of a hassle. It could also depend on the package purchased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having many of our employees work from home while handling private information, we needed services that could help us all maintain security in addition to vpn-access servers. This way, our databases remain safe even before the vpn servers are accessed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used Duo at both my current workplace, and at a prior one. For employers, it makes it easier to track clock-in times of the user for timecard purposes. I recommend encouraging your team by explaining the use of this app will help them demonstrate they are on time. Of course, a relationship of trust should already be developed before this conversation, but it is beneficial to be able to have something to show in case explanations are needed when reporting to higher management.

It is extremely secure and safe easy to use protected app to ensure no data hacking while working online With various ways to verify yourself as the registered user

The timeout happens pretty Quick and needs strong internet else won't run

We are working online dealing with confidential information withbthe assurance of data getting safe and only regisyered users being able to get access to it

Duo Makes Security Convenient and Simple. With Just The Tap of A Button, You Are Authenticated!
What do you like best about the product?
Duo makes it so easy to log in to the systems I need to use it with. With just a tap, I am authenticated and logged in! With just a tap, you can generate passcodes right from the convenience of your cell phone! I love that I can have piece of mind, just by quickly opening an app and tapping the button when I log in! I have used authenticators in the past that were not so easy and you surely could not use it from your personal cell pone for work purposes. But now that we use DUO at work, it is so much easier than jobs before, when it comes to safety and passcodes. DUO authenticator is the best app I have ever had the pleasure of using at work!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are absolutely NO downsides to using DUO! How can you not love it! It is so simple and easy to use! The ONLY thing I dislike is not anyone's fault but my own. I hate when I leave my phone in another room ad I am in my office about to log in and realize that I do not have my phone with me and have to run to where I left it to tap the button to authenticate. But that is my own forgetfulness lol. But I seriously recommend anyone who needs an authenticator to try out DUO! Just give it a shot! You will absolutely LOVE IT!

We have been able to add an extra layer of security to our work. I use it every single day, and it actually makes me feel like my work is more secure when I tap that button to authenticate. It is great! I have been using DUO every day since starting this job and it is fantastic!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out! It is absolutely the easiest way to authenticate, with just a tap on your phone you can quickly authenticate or get a passcode right from your cell phone!

Sometimes it can be inconvenient to have to use a separate device to log in to my remote desktop
