Helpful customer service

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics customer service was very helpful in solving a problem that I was experiencing on their platform. They were responsive via phone call and followed up via email to confirm potential solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support pages need to be updated to reflect the current user interface of the platform (which led to me being unable to solve my issue). I recommend that they update these web pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics is helping me with large-scale survey recruitment for behavioral and cognitive research studies.

Reliable tool that does what it needs

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use and explain to others, it can easily be distributed and duplicated. We can also provide clients templates when they do not want to use the exact ones we offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customers like the old results pannel more than the new one because it would allow them to download it as a .pdf and share with their managers. Only a few people have access to qualtrics in the company so they like it that they can share the results seperately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics has been allowing our clients to gain feed back from their audience so they can try to create better and more applicable content in their future events. This benefits us as we have more tools to offer our clients to help them do better.

What do you like best about the product?
My contacts were tuned into my needs and were on point when I needed them. The response time to answer questions and help me through the process was outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to go to a higher level but the price was prohibitive.

Easy and Efficient Survey Process

What do you like best about the product?
All survey responses are in one location. Notifications are helpful when new surveys are submitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to download all responses at once, rather than one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wide distribution of survey is helpful for feedback from an entire campus. All reviews are housed in one location. Filtering responses is easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics is so user-friendly. I appreciate the real-time help I've received over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding the correct how-to can be challenging; you have to know the right words to search for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Climate surveys and training feedback from employees is critical, and Qualtrics helps me parse out the relevant data quickly and easily.

The best customer service experience

What do you like best about the product?
The people who work for Qualtrics are some of the best customer service folks I've ever spoken to. They really take the time to listen to your issue and find a solution. They also always have a friendly demeanor and teach you what would help you rather than just doing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't had a bad experience where I've disliked something. As I wrote previously, they have been great every time I've called.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of times they are helping me with survey logic for a study I am planning to start but can't get quite right.

Powerful survey tool

What do you like best about the product?
Qualrics offers so many options and powerful iterations of question styles, layouts, sharing and collection tools. The ability to customize emails and survey questions based on previously entered data or question text is extremely useful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some funtionality is not intuitive and takes a lot of experience to master. For example: workflows. It takes a lot of testing and re-writing to create the results we look for. The online tutorials/guides are not overly detailed and usually include a link to yet more less-than-helpful "instructions." It would be better if online "help" was more user friendly and obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User interface issues, design issues, sharing/collaboration questions. I have been able to find answers to basic questions but have struggled to word my questions appropriately to find more detailed help for higher-level problems.

Qualtrics is the Best Platform for Surveys

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics allows for detailed, customizable surveys that work well both for creation of a survey and for data analyzation. I use it for academics, work, and for personal/social uses. The many features allow for clean, simplified ways to ask questions that would otherwise seem messy and take up way too much space in a survey if done on any other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the loading takes a very long time, or Qualtrics doesn't save all of the questions I created. It can be difficult to edit things as it seems the site glitches at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to better customize and edit the Qualtrics and create surveys that are tailored to my needs, which as a customer involve work and academic uses. Although I haven't used the customer experience features aside from creating and analyzing Qualtrics reports.

Why we went with Qualtrics

What do you like best about the product?
I'll start by saying that we used a well-known Qualtrics competitor's solution for years before switching. Why the switch? Some of my favorite features are:
Integrated translations of comments provided by those surveyed
Text analysis of comments
Excellent contacts management through Directories
What do you dislike about the product?
I have taken the Basecamp training and am still not clear on workflows.
Extracts of survey data could be simplified and the extracts cleaner/easier to read and manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualtrics to survey our dealers, who are our partners, on our support of their Customer Service departments. We ask the Service Managers questions about the various areas of support, areas for our improvements, and gaps. We use this data to improve our support of our dealers.

Qualtrics--A good choice

What do you like best about the product?
I very much appreciate the flexibility Qualtrics provides in managing data. The built in tools around cross tabs and other analysis is quite helpful. The fact I can export raw data is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to learn about all of the features. The help features and tutorials are helpful but sometimes you just don't have time to go through them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aggregating data in one place and being able to see changes in trends over time has made it quite helpful in being responsive in policy building and response procedures.
