Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Logic behind. Customer engagement. Easy to navigate and report

there is nothing special I don't like at this moment.

Buliding a brand new experience platform in order to have the customers at the centre of what we do
Qualtrics is very easy and simple to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like out simple and efficient the platform is. No fluff, just the essentials.

Nothing, really. I think it is very easy for customers to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows businesses to measure customer experiences very easily and efficiently. You know what your customers are thinking.

The support hasn't been as helpful and proactive as they once were in finding solutions that address your problem with something you aren't aware of

Develop a modern VOC and utilize the program to recruit for phone/in person interviews

You cannot underestimate how easy this tool is to use and they are always making it better!

We love the flexibility in surveys and data we receive.

Accessibility and connectivity. I would like to be able to share data in the platform with view only.

Makes collecting data easy. The support staff i s also awesome!

Sometimes reports do not work and are buggy.

We use Qualtrics for our Client Satisfaction survey so we identify what areas within our company need to be stronger.

The overall functionality and the visisbility it gives into our clickthroughts, etc.

Nothing yet. It's provided the ample amount of functionality.

Super easy to learn-we were able to transition our NPS work in just a few days

I've only just begun using the product, so I really don't know much about it, but I cannot wait to begin gathering customer insights to help change the way we do business at our bank.

not sure yet, we haven't implemented so I can't answer
