What do you like best about the product?
They were very helpful since the begining of the project and they helped us achieve our goals in an effective manner. The service after delivery was quite commendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now, there isnt anything that has bothered us. Whenever we have any queries we get the answers before the expected TAT and sometimes they help us beyond their office hours.

The feedback analytics is very useful and very effective in what we do. We have been using it quite some time now and we havent faced any issue in it. Plus, the reports generated is very accurate and it helps our board members to make their business decisions in a startegic way.

Survey setup is quiet streamlined. Platform gives more emphasis to ease of survey design and also has multiple avenues with which you can distribute survey. It also gives more control to design the survey flow and also add advanced logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quiet few limitations when it comes to Customer Experience module. There are few widgets such as heatmap that is disabled also there is no other way to scale number set questions in this module. Custom calculations enable scaling but the effort required could be reduced if we have scales to assign for number set questions. Dashboard creation can be made more advanced to be more in line with dashboarding capabilities of data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI. I think dashboard can use some more new exciting features and capabilities.
