Customer Support is supportive. They understand and provide the best available solution.

I was trying to build customer questionnaire or assessment tool. Qualtrics doesn't have ready made solution for that so it was highly customized build.
We benefited from good customer support which was able to guide us from our Excel spreadsheet mockup to working solution.

Consider your projects needs VS Qualtrics features. I believe it's one the most robust tools out there but your product requirements need to be considered.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super user-friendly. I love the new survey builder. The added function of drag-and-drop was SO necessary. Also, since the toolbar shows me all my options in one view, it spares me from missing things on my checklist. E.g. There are times when I forget to add display logic but seeing the display logic button reminds me to add it to the question.
What do you dislike about the product?
TextIQ takes very long to load. 'Reports' is unusable. It won't load, the display glitches, I've never be able to successfully use it. I do know teammates who manage to work with it but not without struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is central to my organization's data collection and analysis process. TextIQ has been a boon in decreasing the amount of time it takes to qual-code a data set in Excel.
