Intuitive and efficient user experience on this platform

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of the customer experience platform is the ability to contact an expert to assist with any project needs. Help with every step in the process allows for a very efficient working experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to using the Qualtrics customer experience platform is that there are features in abundance. All of the variety and web tools associated with the site can be overwhelming for a new data user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Qualtrics customer experience allows novice data users to become proficient in marketing, service analysis, and analytics through the easy-to-use Qualtrics platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The backend interface is relatively easy to use, and the customer support from the Qualtrics team is very robust. I have always had excellent experiences with the support team. The in-program data analysis tools are nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is challenging to use images and branding at the user level. The menus can be a little difficult, and the dowloads can be sloppy to work with without reformatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to collect relatively real-time feedback from those we serve, and we use all of this data to make meaningful adjustments to our programs on a regular basis. We are able to better serve with these data.

Long time user who hasn’t tried it all out

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which I can launch a quick survey or, when time is greater, customize a more detailed survey using known techniques.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times when changes have been made that it's difficult to "find your old way of doing it " until you've made the adjustment. Also, it would be great if there was a manual for Qualtrics rather than just having to Google each issue you're having. I know that there is help available but sometimes you'd like to have a orderly progression through, say, developing a survey and "here are some of the modifications you could easily make." I would suspect that most users cannot afford to go to centralize Qual tricks training
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to say that I have no clue what "Qualtrics customer experience" is. And that may be a deficit on my part, so I need to look it up. Embarrassed that I have nothing to say here.

What do you like best about the product?
They have helped me out of a number of binds quickly e and outside of work hours. They are very responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any yet. They have always been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped me fix a published survey that had issues with the skip logic.

What do you like best about the product?
Reports and distribution user experience is really beatiful. It's really easy to integrate with HubSpot CRM to sync with customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the charts which is poor in loading in iPad, but it's pretty good in desktop. Otherwise I don't have any negative opinion on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to create a seamless customer feedback experience built within our security saas product without user intervention like emails. But we embed them within our application to collect feedback.

User friendly and great data aggregation

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to set up surveys in Qualtrics, and it's also extremely easy to take surveys. We used this platform for 360 reviews and the data aggregation was so helpful for discussing the feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly can't think of anything I dislike about using Qualtrics. That said, I don't know what the pricing structure is so possibly cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been an incredible platform for our company wide biannual review system. It's easy to set up and simple to take, and the way the data is displayed after the survey concludes has been very helpful for reviewing that feedback and finding methods for implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
The basic overview guides make it easy to start collecting data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a few tries to thoroughly understand my department's needs. Qualtrics has many capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics has helped my department gather information from students, colleagues and prospective hires. I have benefitted from collaborating on surveys with other colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
What is not to like? It captures all of the feedback from my summer programs so I can assess, review and evaluate for future summer redesign. We are always looking to improve!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to get familiar with using the platform for the first time. I think having some tutorials with helpful tips for beginners would be a great way for new users to optimize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had a great Qualtrics Customer Experience because when I am unsure as to how to approach an assessment I can quickly ask a question and know that I will get a response soon.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics is a clean, sophisticated tool for creating surveys and collecting data. The best things about Qualtrics are its multi-faceted sharing ability and simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualtrics may not be the most user-friendly tool for the average employee or novice researcher. With the new updates and interfaces, it may be hard to navigate for entry-level folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics is allowing me to collect data and information across platforms and different populations. I use it to collect information from students about their experiences and then use data collected for reporting purposes.
