Powerful tool to collect, analyse and act on customer voice
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using this tool to capture NPS from our customers on our website and social media. The types of qualitative feedback quaestions built in are very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a little outdated and can be improved. Give more options to administrators to give powers to end users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are from the customer success group, and its very important for us to know customer feedback very regularly and take corrective actions before the customers go into the negative zone. Qualtrics is helping us to capture feedback users in right time.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics is very easy to use, it has a good design and organization of the information that helps me to understand and answer the surveys well. It can also be used on cell phone, computer or tablet and the design holds up well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the surveys are interrupted while I am doing them, usually because of an internet connection, and I have to start again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Qualtrics I have been able to provide information required in my work in an easy and fast way. It also helps to obtain information about experiences, suggestions that allow me to improve a place or service.

I am from Health care product company and qualtrics used for annual survey for internal response.
Efficient and it is easy to use

The interface is easy to use and all the needed analysis tools are there to make our work more efficient, we have used it to identify the unsatisfied customer to better their experience
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall look needs to be improved along with some tech issues in the backend. Plus, it is expensive. Hence, it is not suitable for small to mid organizations

We are getting feedback and proper data from the customers. Hence, we are having a better understanding of what are the insights of our customers. this lead to a better provided services from our end.

What do you like best about the product?
Feedback act as a major plus point for our company, with the help of Qualtrics Customer Experience feedback survey we received valuable insights from our customers, analysing the data become easier with graphical representation and good user interface dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not disliked anything, but some of the futures can be made more better, such as roles and permission, requesting updates and new futures which are unique and different.

Most of the problem our customers faced with our services and products has been resolved with the help of Qualtrics Customer Experience, also good user interface such as contacts , dashboard, analytics, alert, message, feedback everything required to increase customer satisfaction and experience.

I like the simplicity and it's cross-platform functionality that ensures you're able to garner feedback from a variety of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not currently see any downsides. It almost feels like they thought of everything. I have no negative feedback to provide.

Qualtrics Customer Experience is used to measure customer satisfaction with our ecomm purchase path. The feedback provided enables my team to make continued improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and ease of use.
Customer is Always Number One, Which is What Qualtrics Allows Us to Adhere To!
What do you like best about the product?
We've used a similar application in the past called SalesMate however, moving over to this was a nice and fun surprising change. It really gives us a great avenue to interact with the customer, which is crucial in our variety of businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some outages on the Qualtrics end, which I've noticed a few times, but it isn't very common.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interacting with my customers is critical and Qualtrics is delivering everything I could possibly need in that regard and it looks to stand out nicely against competing solutions.

I have used Qualtrics Customer Experience for 2 years now and it's fun using it.
What do you like best about the product?
What i like most about it is usability, flexibility and accessibility. The interface is quite easy to learn and understand so no training is needed. It collects customer feedback through social media engagement, analyze the conversation and offer actionable plan on improving their satisfaction since satisfaction of our customers is vital.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualtrics Customer Experience makes no errors so nothing at the moment to highlight as a dislike about it.

The customer support team are always ready to help you when you need help,and it offers an extensive range of services. It is easy and straightforward to implement, set up and use.

We needed a software that will allow us to our customer experience and Qualtrics Customer Experience is the real deal. I like the ability to send reminders to customers and it integrates with other platforms seamlessly. The interface is nice, very easy to navigate through.

Only customization which can be a little bit tricky sometimes. Nothing much to dislike.

I like how it sends automated recommendation actions which help to improve customer experience and their customer service is excellent, they will help you in creating the best platform. Additionally, Qualtrics Customer Experience is secure and also it can be accessed from any device.
