What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about Qualtrics Customer Experience is its AI and ML-driven Analytics and awesome dashboard. The new and improved Analytics is just amazing! Great for top management to learn more about their customers and how they feel about the company's services and products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly not much to dislike but it feels a bit overwhelming as there a lot of features and as you start using it, you will get used to it gradually.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a tool with practically basic functions for professionals who work with digital customer analysis tools, it is more a tool for professionals in the areas of marketing and sales in general, but organizations in industries that create systems or programs that are even customer-oriented may feel that this tool helps them in their efforts by reducing the workload
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have major complexities, nor is it a high cost tool; it can be a good solution when working with clients directly; it is functional and with advanced growth capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its functions allow companies and teams of professionals to have more direct contact with clients, being part of each process, counting surveys that help the information collected to be useful for future plans or even modifications of both deals and services and functions

A greater tool for a better study and research

What do you like best about the product?
Different capabilities of voice, social, SMS and apps it makes it easier for us to understand customer behavior and emotion which helps us to strategize accordingly. It makes the insights of a customer journey available. Few customizations on top is also a good value add to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with API's and third party vendors can be improved and updated for a better user experience. UI and UX should also be improved in order to make it more user centric. On a higher level, its a good tool with few tweaks to make it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to understand the user persona, their emotion wrt different products on which the research has to take place which at the end of the day helps us to make our go to market strategy. Also it helps us with our internal research projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Having many things that we can highlight about this tool, which we ourselves can mention that is in the greatest capacity to satisfy us is the way in which the tool collects information from consumers, in addition to being a instrument in the cloud allows us to examine the trends that exist to offer superior answers to our own consumers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we have used this instrument ourselves, we have not found various faults with this product, rather we feel comfortable since it has unique characteristics such as the way it helps to collect information, it has an easy-to-use client interface and flexible, and the best thing about each of them is that they have support that is quite responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This instrument has helped us detect trends which enables us to focus on those trends to offer our own consumers the best, in addition to the fact that with this instrument the data is easy to export. Which causes us to constantly be quite practical with the use of this product and allows us to work continuously.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a tool that provides analysis of results from the analysis of customer experiences, taking into account that they are the fundamental engine for creating successful commercial businesses. The way in which you work with this tool is quite functional; it has served to know what you like and what you don't like, even the clients we work with, without being complicated, and in addition to configuring and adapting quickly

It allows you to make changes or improvements in the way you interact with customers when launching a service or product on the market; these are evaluated directly by customers; being these systems more customizable to the public we want to reach, it is a tool that for those who work in marketing areas it is ideal and also for financial areas

Good software but heavy learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for creating custom forms that you need to be able to track data for. I love that you can create custom query strings so there's so many options for tracking and making sure you understand where customers are coming from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting options are not easy to use. It took me quite a while to figure out how to pull a report and then the next time I went to do it I had to look all over again. There isn't a ton of room for customization either. Lastly, we had to outsource a lot of our work because it's so technical. We're at the mercy of a third-party vendor that takes a long time to implement any changes. I wish the software were more user-friendly and could be used by someone without a technical background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used a form solution that wasn't trackable through WordPress, social media, etc. This software allows us to create custom URLs to track all of our links on multiple sources. It's also allowed us to build out custom forms and made it so our customers can find what they need instead of relying on someone else to help them find what they need.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about this instrument and it is most remarkable is its user interface, because it has a wonderful way of collecting information from consumers, it does not matter if it is analyzing the surveys which are the requests of the consumers, which enables us that this information benefits the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike other products, we ourselves have the possibility of mentioning that this instrument we ourselves have found not one failure because we cannot mention that this instrument makes it possible to follow up in a simple way, to improve the experience of our own consumers, in addition We also have the opportunity to mention that it is a cloud solution because it allows us to examine trends to offer superior answers or better understand our own consumers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my special opinion and from the use that we have been giving to this instrument, it has helped us a lot since it helps us to provide personalized panels, in addition to the fact that it can go beyond the analysis and presentation instruments and this nops makes it possible to work in a directly with consumers which makes it quite comfortable.

What do you like best about the product?
Something that I like about this tool and I can say that it is quite remarkable is its interface, the way in which the tool collects information from clients is functional, even analyzing through surveys what are the clients' requests as well as their preferences , allows this information to be used in a way that benefits both the company and the clients, guaranteeing security and functionalities that can be adapted to the companies
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no major complaints or I could even say that I have no issues with the way the tool helps organizations meet their business objectives without being complicated or with security flaws.

In general, it allows strategies to be improved and the way in which consumers are taken into account, through measures that can help both marketing and sales campaigns to be more focused on specific clients and this. attract more and even maintain customer loyalty

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable the surveys are and the skip logic. They allow for good customer feedback when someone wants to leave a comment or get in touch with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling surveys should be more customizable for time zones. For example, we want the survey to go to London at 9am and Los Angeles at 9am, not go to both when it is 9am in London.

Finding out why our customers are having bad experiences and what makes for superior customer service and experience with our employees and on our website/portal.
