file sharing is simplified
What do you like best about the product?
I like Dropbox for the security it provides when it comes to storing essential documents that you need to keep safe on the go is made possible by the use of its password-protected system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements in the first Dropbox configuration; I've noticed other programs are simpler and more intuitive and the most basic plans don't seem to make sharing as simple as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has blessed me for its great fast loading speeds without setbacks for the organization has provided Security of documents and information handled in relation to businesses and clients with Dropbox you feel safe
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Dropbox for collaborative work in the office, especially for working from home, it is also useful to keep separate versions of files (unlike Google, which, for some unknown reason, allows you to have many files with the same name in the same folder)

DropBox Is a Staple
What do you like best about the product?
DropBox has been a very reliable method for large and small file transfers for our organization for years. For example, I am a public speaker worldwide, and I regularly transfer promotional videos, flyers, photos, etc. These are "mission-critical" items, and DropBox has never let us down.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, I will encounter clients who do not have enough space in their Dropbox account, which forces me to find other ways to send files to them. It would be helpful to find a way to remedy this situation when it arises. Fortunately, this is not a common occurrence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transferring large files in a reliable, secure, and timely manner was a big issue in the early days of the Internet. DropBox solved this early on, and that's why I continue to subscribe year after year.
Highly accessible software storage for online and offline use.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of dropbox is the interface is very intuitive and the logo reminds you that it is indeed storage. Compared to others it is more popular and gives you a lot of viewing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can sometimes lag on recently uploaded files so I wouldn't recommend it for needing to swap things around in a rush. I also think the free version could contain more space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving issues of holding business, healthcare and various other documents that will need to be viewed or exchanged at a later time. For instance taxes or other financial documents.
Dropbox is one of the best cloud storages I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful thing is that we can upload any kind of file in it like pdf, jpeg, mp4, and many others. So, it's one cloud storage with everything needed for a person.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I didn't like is that it was not available after my college as it was connected to my college account. But I know it's not dropbox it's my college who wanted it like that. If they can make it available for free to individual users I will use it over any other cloud storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to save my college presentations, work files, and some of my documents. The benefit I had is that dropbox have an android app with which I had all my documents accessible all the time.

Yes, it's a great cloud storage for business use and as well as for personal use.
DropBox makes Collaborating Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easily collaborate with a team. The integration with Mac makes it smooth to share and collaborate with a team. We tried utilizing box, but it did not have the abilities that dropbox had.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Dropbox is that the sharing capabilities are a bit limited if I want to have a public file listed on the website. Sometimes the link will stop working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes our team collaborate easier by setting designated folders where we need creatives. It helps when we have team members working from home, and the connection between us is instant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox I think is a staple in the cloud sharing community. One of the first to introduce file sharing with ease. Many have tried to copy what they have done, but i think they have solidified their space with their sharing capabilties.
Great File Storage solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can sync multiple devices and set those devices to automatically download files to a dropbox folder and have all my working files at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to pay for three users as a minimum, but I only use it for one. There are also great consolidation tools in Dropbox Business, but I don't need them at this stage in my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I store documents for clients and can review and produce them anytime and anywhere I may need them. When a client reaches out to me with a document request, and I can quickly resolve it, the client is usually impressed, which helps me appear organized and professional.
This is a company standard if you need a project database that is secured
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about dropbox is being able to securely share files. For example, the members per folder mean that those users are the only ones with access to a folder. I feel very comfortable knowing that there won't be a breach. You can also set who is allowed to delete files, so you don't have to worry about a newbie on accident deleting important projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's nice that this program has its freedom but going from project to project the producer sets up the system to how they see fit. I get so confused with the way producer to producer sets up their folder structure but I guess that just comes with the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can tell when a company cares if they are using an advanced sharing program. I mentioned it before but it's important for clients to know that their investments are secured. Some companies rely on google drive which is okay but it's not secured. The benefits for me as a user would be accessibility in uploading fast and getting notes on my updates.

Try and look up tutorials on layout and sharing features!
Dropbox incredibly handy
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is it digital flash drive that I don't have to constantly look for. It has saved me so much time. It's available on every computer by logging in. I don't know what we did before dropbox
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a terrible time switching between accounts and drop hugs for forever. The same is to be better lately, but I still have no trouble from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to remember to save everything to a jump drive. So it saves me from downloading the information onto a jump drive on one computer and then running to another computer and uploading the exact same information. It's just one step, but it's a huge step. Not to mention, anyone who has our login information has immediate access to it, no matter where they are

It makes information that you need recurrent access to much easier
No more worries about running out of storage or having access anywhere you need
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have access to any file I need, regardless of where I am. In today's new remote-centric work models, dropbox business is even more of a no-brainer! Everyone has access to the info they need, when they need it, regardless of device.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that can be an issue is when a device is offline and gets bogged down while syncing all of the newly uploaded data to said device. I'm not sure if this is avoidable just based on the sheer volume of files. I wish there were a standard interface, as different devices have different ways they run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access working and making sure that everyone is using the correct and current information. It allows for work to be done outside of the usual office setting, which can be a huge help.
Best way to share files with employees!
What do you like best about the product?
On the daily basis, we use DropBox to share files with employees and with our clients. This is such a reliable and secure service that we are thankful to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be issues with synching some of the documents when we are sharing them with our clients. We have requested help for this and it has been fixed a few different times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing is always challenging. Many clients try to send files via email and that does not work out very well because some of the files are very large and cannot be sent.
