Fantastic storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is intuitive and free to use. It's an excellent website to store essential files, which you can keep forever and share at any time. You can organize and sort your storage with the help of folders. You can share any file using the URL and send it to anyone, and the recipient doesn't need to have a Dropbox account to download your file. You can rename, delete, and edit any file in your storage. If you create shared folders, you can permit other users to do the same for the files in the folders. Dropbox sorts photos into a separate category to view them more straightforwardly. You can initiate file requests to any user via email and receive files quicker. Dropbox has a streamlined way of showing you all your most recent and starred files for easier access. You can use Dropbox to collaborate on docs and software code. Dropbox is not only available on the browser but also on PCs and cellphones. You can seamlessly send files between the same account on more than one device for efficient transfer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike any aspect of Dropbox. I've been using it for many years, and it's been an essential cloud storage software in every regard. The fact that it's free makes it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is my go-to software for sharing files with colleagues during work sessions. Due to its speed and efficiency in sharing files, Dropbox is a software without which we cannot work. It makes it easier for us to send files securely and monitor their activity. At any time, we can remove the file from the storage, making it impossible to access or make it private so that unwanted users cannot access it. For its storage, Dropbox offers a minimum of 2GB, which you can use to store files without any duration. Your files will stay on the cloud forever until you delete them manually. Dropbox promotes the excellent organization of files through folders. You can create folders or upload them from your device. Alternatively, you can use Dropbox's automation to let it control the organizing and converting of your files. You can set an automation for Dropbox to move files to folders based on categories. You can have Dropbox rename the file or add a prefix and move it to a folder. You can convert a file into PDF, image, or video, if applicable. For any zipped folder that you receive or upload, Dropbox can also automatically unzip them into your desired folder.
We use Dropbox to work as a group on projects and software codes. Simultaneously being able to edit the files on the cloud saves us time and boosts our efficiency in getting our daily tasks done. Through several tools, we can improve our task management and time management for any project we complete. We can invite participants to join our team and access our files, after which we can monitor their contributions and file editions. Whenever needed, we can revise any edits we make and bring back the original contents with simplicity.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox is a free cloud storage platform that you cannot go wrong with using. It's excellent and trustworthy, and unlike Google Drive, it doesn't show any personal information of the file owner, such as email addresses. Your files will have maximum security, and you can always access them from any device of your choice.

Excellent for File Storage and Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
The syncing across devices, coupled with sharing folders or files with others. Also, the ability to set security around the file/folder being shared. I have tried other options and found Dropbox to be far superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I can't think of anything I dislike; they have made so many improvements over the time I have used it, they have alleviated any dislikes I had. The solution has progressed so much there isn't anything right now that I could think of to improve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the following problems with Dropbox; File storage, file sharing, access to files over multiple devices and platforms. We have realized efficiency in remote working by having all of the team use one system and easy access to the files they need.
Easy enough for my mother to use... it's that easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Dropbox is so easy to use, that even my 63-year-old mother can use it without me helping walk her through it. That certainly says a lot! It's also very handy both the desktop version and the app!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have more space for free, but wouldn't we all? I don't really have any issues to report other than that, and that's not even a fair thing to report as a "dislike"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with a group of individuals that have limited memory on our computers and dropbox helps us collaborate without the clutter on our individual computers. I would defiantly reccomned it.
Reliable cloud file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I like Dropbox to integrate with macOS; it makes it easy to share files, control files in the cloud or locally, check current sync status of each file from the Finder, it supports macOS file metadata (keywords, color labels, among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Dropbox, we have no significant inconsistencies; it is intuitive and mirrors other file storage systems in terms of folders, subfolders, and navigation. It is easy to find, store and share what you need without complications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is optimal with web-based file previews; they work very well and support a wide selection of file types.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Dropbox as excellent software for cloud-based project collaboration as well as cloud-based file sharing.
Lots of useful features and integrations. Uploading speed needs improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is most helpful for file storage in the cloud, reasonable prices and sharing files for collaboration. The integration with DocSend is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox takes too long to upload files including large and small size files. Even with a fast internet connection, the upload time is still longer than necessary when using Dropbox. Other tools are much faster. After waiting several hours for one file or a few files, Dropbox also drops the uploads sometimes without warning, so you won’t know that your file did not upload until the upload is 100% complete. I’ve experienced upload issues on several occasions where I had to start again to try to upload the same file(s).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me share files such as documents, photos, etc securely, keep track of the viewing and downloading activity for these files and store them in the cloud so I can access the files from multiple devices. Dropbox also helps me save on email storage and avoid file size limits for email attachments by sending files with Dropbox without having to add file attachments to outgoing emails.

Dropbox Review
What do you like best about the product?
It has 3TB of storage available. One can add passwords and expiry dates over documents. It is also secure as if a device is lost then the data can be erased remotely. It can store docs and pdfs. It even has the capacity to send large files and store them in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they support other types of files for example code script files. When I was trying to send a big zip file in Dropbox, sometimes it fails in between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use dropbox in order to send my lease documents over the cloud to the agency. I sometimes use it in the company to send large-scale datasets for computer vision and machine learning applications. The free trial gives a great insight into the tool usage.
Easy sharing and backups
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has an intuitive dashboard for convenient uploading, storage, and sharing. By dragging and dropping, you can upload files seamlessly. It's an excellent software for creating backups of essential files and securely storing them on the cloud. You can retrieve them when needed or keep them on Dropbox forever. Using folders, you can move your files to them and keep them properly organized. You can generate a URL for the files you upload to share with users. Otherwise, you can invite them to access the file using their email address. You can request files from any user, and the files they send will go directly into your cloud storage. Dropbox also supports file transfer, using which you can send files to users without uploading them to your storage first. You can add files of any format on Dropbox, and Dropbox allows you to preview some types of files on the cloud. Dropbox is excellent for creating and working on documentation, presentations, projects, and efficient work management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox only has 2GB for free in terms of cloud storage. Unlike OneDrive and Google Drive, this is very inefficient for long-term use as you'll only be able to keep a limited number of files there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While working remotely, I use Dropbox regularly to send files to my team online when needed. We rely on Dropbox for sending and receiving files quickly for file reference and completion of projects. Dropbox is very secure, making it convenient for us to transfer confidential and essential files without falling into any unauthorized user's hands. Dropbox has reduced our need for offline documents, spreadsheets, slides, etc., as we can use them on the cloud simultaneously and collaborate on them. Dropbox being usable on multiple devices makes it easier for us to share and store files seamlessly from anywhere. I also use Dropbox to transfer files from my laptop to my computer and vice versa. Regardless of any user's distance, Dropbox is excellent for file sharing and helps us become more productive without any hassle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox is free, but you only get 2GB of cloud storage. If this is insufficient for you, I recommend Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive instead. Otherwise, Dropbox is excellent for sharing and long-term file storage.
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use and organize files. I use it both personally and for work. Others can add or edit as you allow, and everything is searchable. I can rename files and share them easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I don't like. I can't think of anything that's missing. It's not necessarily asthetically pleasing, but it is minimal and simple. I have't tried editing the same file simultaneously recently, so I can't speak to that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm storing files for both personal and work (I have different accounts), and my files are always with me and easily accessible. I'm able to add and change and adjust files, and it saves right away so others can see changes. I even have it downloaded on my computer.
Must Have for Any Business Owner or Solopreneur
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to use this on my desktop, iPad, and phone(s) with ease. It makes accessing what I need that much easier for various tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint at this time? Inability to use offline. That would make this product even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox Business as a backup storage area for my media and graphics files. As a business owner, I know that I'll use this for my team to do all of the back-end work that I don't want to be tied up with doing and so that I can entirely focus on the money-making activities; for the business.
