Dropbox Professional is exactly what we needed!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been a part of my life for a long time. For Microsoft Word, I use my Dropbox folder as my default location. As a result, all of my Word documents are immediately saved to Dropbox. Dropbox keeps numerous versions of my files, which is one of my favorite features. So, if a template file becomes corrupted due to user error, I can quickly restore the original version. If a critical file is accidentally erased, I can quickly recover it. Another feature I appreciate is the ability to share a file, allowing me to send a link to it to anybody I wish. It's not even necessary for that person to have a Dropbox account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search features are not what I would like them to be.

Life saver for our team!
What do you like best about the product?
We moved away from another platform that was very cumbersome in the organization and maintenance of files. Dropbox has allowed our whole team to clean up our database, organize files, share and protect information all in one place. It is clean, easy to maintain, and much easier to keep our files safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the "purple folder" in Dropbox that becomes a holding place for documents on occasion. We don't like this because we want to make sure files are accessible to the right people and no files are hidden in these personal folders. Our team does a great job of keeping these clean, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our whole team on the same Dropbox account that gives us easy access to the files we need without a drawn-out search. Each company within our organization has folders, and then we organize them from there. The features of Dropbox allow us to update files that are on our website much faster and share links with people outside the organization without giving them editing access to the file in Dropbox itself.
Best online Document storage
What do you like best about the product?
In Dropbox best part is we can easily upload the documents. easy to use features in dropbox like sharing document with others and easy to access existing documents. We can check the history of changes.we can share the complete folder as well which best part, and documents inside shared folder access by all who have access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not saying dislike, and I will say the area of improvement, i.e., while uploading documents, some uploads got stuck due to an unstable network, which sometimes frustrated people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with the help of dropbox some benefits which i used :-

- If the network is unstable, then uploading should not be stuck after the network gets back
- there should need some improvement if we uploaded the documents and the network got disconnected so uploading should not be failed anytime.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes everything so easy to access and collab as a team.

Popular service but challenging to use
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox provides a very good amount of storage for a reasonable price. It also provides excellent control over access to files at both the file and folder level.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason, the users in the firms I work it find creating File Requests very confusing. I find that many users invite clients to become members of the user group instead of submitting file requests. I think this happens because the file sharing function is not very intuitive to use. Since this happens across multiple firms I support, I have come to believe it is a deficiency in the service and not simple user error. In addition, the desktop file service is horrible, leaving all kinds of broken, unusable links to documents that have either been moved from one folder to another or deleted. And the broken links cannot be deleted. It's just a huge mess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, Dropbox addresses our needs for a secure file sharing tool for client records. It has a kind of versioning mechanism, as well, but it is poorly designed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox offers a free level of usage. It does not have all of the features of a paid business account, but it does provide a great look at how the tool works. I would recommend checking out alternatives that work better such as OneDrive, pCloud, and icedrive.
Share easily
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best application that we can use to share our bulky project files with pur friends, team mates and it's more reliable way to share our project files among the team. Very fast easy and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the fole download speed is slow and with low bandwidth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a problem to share my project files amoung the team in secure and easier way. And we can manage versioning on of the file using Dropbox. I realized Dropbox is the solution for that.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about Dropbox is the security it provides. It has a lot of features that you will not find in other similar products like you can share huge files easily, can sync passwords between devices, create documents there only, sign doc and send, etc. like it is fully packed with such small feature. Apart from that UI is also very clean. Also, you access your files from anywhere and it is very easy to use.

There is nothing to dislike about this software in fact it is better than some of the other similar products available in the market.

The main problem that Dropbox solves for me is data storage, file sharing and security.

I like that Dropbox is easy to use and offers the option to share files with a specific user, providing a high level of security. It's also helpful in keeping track of all your work online, archiving files, and keeping files safe with remote cloud access.

Dropbox could include options to make paid accounts more profitable or simply that document storage space should be upgraded or maximized a bit more.

Dropbox allows the use of options with advantages to automatically backup files, make backup copies of all documents, which helps to work without fear of losing them, also facilitates working on projects with team members remotely.

I like Dropbox for its versatility in storing project data; it is efficient and collaborative because it allows sending large files to clients and teams with a simple copy and paste method; It is also useful and practical for creating backup copies on servers.

It would be great if Dropbox increased the storage limit for the free version.

Dropbox is a tool that allows to have a safe and accessible backup of files and information of each project, favorable and convenient to share file information with other specialties or areas of the company, practical to instantly update any change allowing the access to the most recent copy of files as well as allows the recovery of documents and files just by clicking the undo button.

I recommend Dropbox as an easy way to access files and folders from a computer or mobile device, and it also has a mobile app for iOS, Android, and smartphones that you can download and connect.
Fast and easy cloud data sharing solution
What do you like best about the product?
sync speed and offline access provides excellent solution to my existing offsite data storage requirements. Dropbox is easy to integrate with NAS solutions and other data storage systems
What do you dislike about the product?
Its dependent on internet if the connection is not stable large files may take longer time to sync on the online dropbox account and this also slows down network at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
data regulatory requirements for offsite storage and data availability requirements by having file copies online and having periodic data sync automatically solves alot of manual work

the green tick that is shown on your files is your lifeline that means the files have been synced to dropbox and its much better than other platofrms out there
