It great for media storage, like files and videos
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is cloud based file storage which gives us flexibility to carry out our data/files anywhere, and also you can access those at any time, anywhere.
You don't need to carry physical hard disc, data stored at cloud so safe and secure.
It is a reliable software or storage system wich help backing up your media/data/files and recover if loss from your computer or mobile device.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any issue with Dropbox yet, this is the reason why I use Dropbox for personal use as well. It is excellent software/app with no issues. Great for small to large file storage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to store important files and access them anywhere at anytime whenever required, if accidentally files get deleted then recovering those important files from Dropbox. Great software/application.

Easy Access and sharing of data
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about Dropbox is it's effortless to access. Also, I can share the data with my friends and colleagues through Dropbox hassle-free. I don't fear losing my data accidentally, as Dropbox automatically backs it up. Plus, it requires minimum technical know-how.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about dropbox is that the data here is not end to end encrypted, which makes it difficult for users like me to share any sensitive data privacy. Apart from security issue they should also work on the search functionality, as it becomes very difficult to find large files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy Data storage and sharing, along with syncing, is one of the problems Dropbox solves. Another problem that it solves is allowing its users to use it for offline work. Even if there is an internet issue, it enables you to edit the files. So I can continue working without worrying about downtimes.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool brings my Data to one central cloud space where I can access my data anytime from anywhere. It keeps my files secure and safe, and the best part is it gives you free play up to 10 GB and can be synced easily through all your devices safely and securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many other platforms give you cloud space and storage, like Google Drive and Microsoft one Drive, but one thing DropBox lags in the market competition is it provides free storage up to 10 GB only, whereas another platform gives you free space up to 15 GB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Dropbox Business, I can share large document files anytime through cloud sharing. Multiple teams can access those shared files, and the quality of the files like HD videos and High-Resolution images doesn't get hampered.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is the efficiency and ease of use for accessing and downloading files - regardless of the size or quantity of the file. It is also easy for our clients to use, which makes it an excellent alternative for them to upload their confidential documents. All they do is drag or upload their files, and I, as the recipient, can quickly retrieve and confirm receipt. I also like the timestamp indicating when the documents were uploaded. All of this is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if it exists, but if there were a way to get automatic notifications every time a document is uploaded to the dropbox, it would make information gathering much easier. As of now, clients have to notify me by email that there is a new document, which, if not done immediately, can be forgotten. It would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is helping me exchange and share information with clients in a much more secure and efficient way. Clients are partial and find great appeal in the platform, making it a fantastic tool. Clients can also organize their documents and files in their own way (such as by year/name/entity), and the files are not deleted so I can access older documents according to my needs. This is all good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
That they can use the product with extreme confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
I like DropBox for a) it's free for a certain amount of storage b) the user interface is simple enough to drag and drop the files c) secure enough to share with external and personal contacts d) no expiry on the storage space e) supports any file type.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of paying for Dropbox storage. Google Drive or Github does much the same thing as Dropbox, and it's free for regular user, developers, and designers. Also, I have not heard of anybody integrating DropBox with other platforms- I believe that is a missed opportunity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit from DropBox is that it supports sharing and downloading of large files. Different teams can collaborate on the same platform and exchange design materials easily. Large files such as high-resolution images, videos are also supported.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using DropBox to upload large files faster and efficiently. It supports Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, high-resolution images, and also movies. It's great for teams who want to collaborate on design projects and make the files accessible anywhere in the world. It is also free for a specific storage space, and there is no expiration on the files you upload. I like that it's secure and you can also add tags to your folder so it's easy to search.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Dropbox pro is the transfer speeds it offers. Uploading large files is as easy as it gets. Syncing with other devices is another convenient tool. To share files with others, you can also build a URL for them, which makes it easy for the recipient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being the best in the market comes at a price. Dropbox is not priced aggressively, though subscribing to dropbox annually will make more sense to a business. Dropbox can also improve on the integration with other softwares and Microsoft office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Auditor, dropbox makes it easy for me to share large files with my client. It has helped our audit team organize all working papers in one place. Using dropbox has also made it convenient for us to work on the same file simultaneously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While subscribing to Dropbox pro keep in mind your ultimate use case scenarios. A lot of features to offer, with most of them having some practical advantage
Fantastic place to store all your documents
What do you like best about the product?
We use Dropbox for all of our document storage. It's so nice to have your documents on any device you are using. I like some of the new additions like paper and the vault. We use paper quite a lot and have found it to be just as good google doc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the vault can be a little difficult to save to. This happens on iOS when saving. Other than that we haven't really had to many problems. Just don't keep raising the prices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a solution to allow a central spot for all of our documents. Dropbox has allowed us to do that securely and easily. Our time spent on organizing documents has also decreased.

Dropbox has been user-friendly since the beginning of its business. The upside that i have seen is its ability to upload securely and not faster. Speed is not everyone's need when it comes to security. I like the way it encrypts its uploads.

I can't imagine of any. But they could try making the android application better. The application could look better if it gave us more options for end-users. They could have more downloads!!

My organization does not use dropbox. There were tests done with it, which I am unfamiliar with. But I could imagine that dropbox could open its doors for better enterprise connections.

GREAT CLOUD BASED STORAGE SITE
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can access my files from my phone, my laptop, my daughter's laptop, my computer at work it's so convenient and easy to navigate and use. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't enjoy it when it sometimes takes a few days to upload a recent file I may have saved to Dropbox, that can be frustrating, as I've experienced in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved any time-wasting problems, as the files are normally available on all platforms, and it saves me having to search other drives; all my files are in one spot and easily accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Easy to switch from desktop to mobile. And the mobile version is also very smooth. Plus, there are a lot of features related to file sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little on the expensive side and the free storage is also quite limited. It also does not provide complete back up of your device. And it works only on the drop box folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to access my work related files at my home. This is very helpful as now working from home is quite common. Also, me and my team use to work on some common file like photos and video so we all can access the file from a single location.
