dropbox professional review
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox was most helpful in time before the pandemic. I had to join several meetings in one day, in different places, and the presentations and offers I used to keep on dropbox. after I started using dropbox, I finished using USB memory sticks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, dropbox professional has nothing to claim. Just one crucial thing, I always needed to have the internet with me. and maybe also the amount of free spase
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just one thing to have is an internet connection. Dropbox is also suitable for mobile phones. That's why I always had with me my offers in unexpected situacions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try ones, and you will understand that you will need it always

Its been a staple in my daily tasks and saved my files from crooks
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get any file from any device with ease and the safety it provides from scammers
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to open a new account on a device that you've used previously with a different account. You can uninstall and reinstall and it just would work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My files can not be hijacked. Dropbox can just go back in my history and give me those files before the crime took place. The second solution is the retrieval of files when I am not at my computer. I can pull them up on my phone. It also allows me to keep my devices from getting full - I just send everything to the cloud.
shar your files safely
What do you like best about the product?
I think that Dropbox is the real addition that took place on the emails instead of creating a computer network sharing inside the companies where the business can be monitored directly on the email from anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
storage is limited if you don't pay. I mean it is not the cheapest option and Not end-to-end encryption
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox excels give people access to files and folders. It even has its own Google Docs, easy to detect problems because we are working on the same file at the same time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The files aren't fully end-to-end encrypted, which means, Dropbox staff can get at your files, but it also means that the files are not always secured from anyone looking but still save, use it
Dropbox is a great free document repository!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the "free" version and service. I'm able to upload a lot of my files and then access them while out at a client's office or elsewhere, instead of having to bring along my laptop. Very convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike; it's easy to use, files are easy to access; you can set up folders; and you can access your files from just about anywhere, AND print from Dropobox. Great service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can access my files from just about anywhere, AND print from Dropobox. I was at a print shop recently, and needed to give them a different version of a document, in order to print it for me for a court case. Instead of having to go back to the office, I was able to access the file and print it from Dropbox. Fantastic!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a super easy online service to use. Just be sure to clean out your Dropbox from time-to-time, to make sure you have room to add more files as-needed. I actually have a truckload of files in my Dropbox, and the free-version has worked very well for me, so start out using the free-version, and move to a paid subscription if necessary.
My file sharing and review platform with clients for 8 years running!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox's simplicity, ease of use and desktop integration have made it unmatched for me. One of the features I like best is the phone camera roll integration- you can preview the video, press and hold, and save videos or photos straight to your phone for social media sharing. This might be a simple or gloss over feature- but it's really been a highlight as most of my videos end up with social media delivery. I like the user interface a lot more than Google Drive, or other competing file sharing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest gripe is that dropbox's playback quality can suffer, if you don't download the file. It seems to depend on wifi speed/data speed, however I've experienced some exceptional low playback quality in app, at times. However it seems to have gotten better and better in recent years. I also wish Dropbox had better playback tools for mobile. Sometimes video playback with odd aspect ratios doesn't scale correctly, or you get odd black bars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who delivers hundreds of videos a year to clients- I need an easily editable repository for those videos. Long gone are the days of setting up huge web upload cues, it's now as simple as moving all my videos for the day from an export folder to their final delivery folder in Dropbox. You can sort your dropbox folders from finder on your mac, and it automatically updates to the web. It's a simple feature- however it's really streamlined organization in my work flow- much like the saving to camera roll feature for mobile.
It's simple integration features like this that make dropbox the front runner in file sharing for me. Everything feels thoughtful, and designed with the end user in mind.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best user interface in the business. I cringe getting google drive links- it's essentially the same- in theory. However Dropbox's ease of use and user interface are so much cleaner, and easier to navigate.
One of the best cloud storage out there.
What do you like best about the product?
They are providing a variety of plans so that the customer has so many options to choose from. Also, most plans are affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
For individual plan, we can only send up to 2 GB per transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can access all of my files quickly, and also I don't have to worry about losing my important files. We have also using a Business plan for our company. Everyone is satisfied with DropBox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's in the top 5 cloud storage out there. So first use the trial version, then decide it for yourself.
All my files and sharing in one central location
What do you like best about the product?
I love the e-sign integration with HelloSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop integration for Mac is being phased out. I shouldn't have to login to the web version to share out a file and other tasks. I want to do it all in finder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share legal documents and contracts for review without attaching to an email. Saves time and space and is more secure.
I have fewer work-related headaches with Dropbox Business
What do you like best about the product?
It has a polished layout with a simple folder structure. We can add many users to folders and collaborate with them directly in the account. We can leave feedback and get notified when there is activity we need to tend to. The pricing is similar to other online storage services with a business aspect to it. We are given a good amount of storage space and organizational tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality isn't always ideal for the types of communication I'd like to have. I wish there were more options for attaching notes to specific items and combining them in a broader chat section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses Dropbox Business to share files that are large and files related to specific projects. We can organize our files in a more efficient way. Files are less likely to get lost. New users can get up to speed with our team with less work involved since all our shared files are in the Dropbox Business account.

What do you dislike about the product?
A bit too costly. Hopefully, increase the allowed space for a lower cost.
Need to figure out a time limit when a file can be still shareable to a 3rd party not in your group.

Great storage and file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use the platform, and i really like the integration with the computer, so all my dropbox files appear in my home folder's documents folder. Integration with the mobile app is very smooth too.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot see how much space your folders and files consume in the web interface. You cannot sort a folder by filesize since it is not a column that appears in displays, so you cannot add columns to a listing. You have to select individual files to see how much space they consume.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am expanding my online file storage due to limited hard drive space. I am also sharing files, both large and small, securely with people outside my organization.
