Very fast sync
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is that it syncs extremely fast and can open AI (illustrator) files on the phone. Going back to the previous version is quite long and useful, but I, the designer, may accidentally save the wrong file while working. I can use my phone to send a link to the print file I need to design to everyone when I go out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox's price is quite high, I hope it is lower

Customer service is great and they resolve all questions
Dropbox is easy and intuitive and a trustworthy document storage platform widely used.
What do you like best about the product?
The new feature with a short video you can record and send to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing if you send a link to someone who has never used Dropbox and thinks they have to sign up to use Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue for document storage and collaboration with clients and prospects.
Battery draining obnoxious
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of usage. It does have a streamline way of using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant battery drain and asking for permissions.

Being able to store data online easily.

What do you like best about the product?
That i can access all of my files anywhere. I use it now to store critical documents as per NOAA suggestion, something I had not thought about. Implementation was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, operations is quite transparent. Only hard thing to do is whe you have to change drives on your system./ if they could make that simplier.

Large storage of photos
Dropbox is a perfect file storage and sharing platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease in which you can share, store and comment on files. It's seamless integration and collaboration tools are the beest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a more robust user privilege customability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing and collaborating on files and projects quickly and remotely. It speeds up our process.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Drobox now for years and have been loving it. I am able to share folders with certain people that I want to and remove those permissions when I want. I am able to move documents from devices to devices easily with out having to use external devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me and my uses there is nothing wrong with it. I have the space that I need and it is very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to keep and backup 7 years of data and allowed us to sort through it. It also has allowed us to add and remove users as needed.
Dropbox for life!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access Dropbox on any device and that the storage options are useful to me. I've been able to implement it on all of my devices and in every area of my life. I use it for everything and nearly every single day. The integration into my file system on my work and home computer is seamless. I've only had to contact customer support once, but they were helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
That not everyone uses it. I don't really have many drawbacks.

I like being able to share documents and folders with other people.
Dropbox has altered my work stream for years
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease and accessibility that Dropbox offers me to both view, edit, and transfer/share important documents. Access to Office Online makes editing on the go easy and I can share photos and mock ups with clients with ease. It's easy for both me and clients to utilize the system as well, and has been a seamless means of integrating into our work stream. We use Dropbox everyday to collaborate and exchange documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited space allotment without having to pay for expanded storage, but this is a drawback with our cloud storage

Limited space and expensive to upgrade storage levels. There should be smaller, more economical increase options
