Free version is worth trying out, and the paid version is enticing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Dropbox does auto syncing (and allows for manual syncing too). Retrieving recently deleted files is an important feature too. The biggest draw is that I am less anxious about losing important documents because of Dropbox's constant backups. Plus, I can access my files from ANYWHERE with internet!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using the free version, so I don't think this should count; but I can only sync to a certain number of devices. I honestly don't know what I dislike about it. Perhaps the pricing of the paid versions is a bit high for me or I would have already signed up for it.

Accessing files remotely--solved by Dropbox

Easy and convenient place to keep and share documents
What do you like best about the product?
Convenient when sharing documents that need editing amongst multiple people. You can also link it to Googledrive
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't notify you when document is updated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easier to share my working with my supervisor as a researcher. Also good with updates made to the documents.

Easy to use, easy to make files and keep them organized. Also easy to share with others

Difficult to make files sometimes....I find it difficult to make sub files in the mail files

It's loving the problem of sharing with other emploeees this makes it easy to share files and documents
Dropbox - The Absolute Best
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is synonymous with trust and reliability. I've been using it for years now and trust my data with them. The seamless sync across devices and being available on almost all the platforms is what makes it stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much in terms of disliking something about Dropbox but I do feel they can do something about revamping the design and at least increase transfer speeds especially when there are a lot of files involved.

It helps me collaborate seamlessly with my team across the globe.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best about Dropbox is the storage feature, intergrations to apps and software. The ability manage the documents such as sharing and reviewing capabilities.

I dislike the fact when interfrsted with my P C it takes up a lot of internal storage.

Helps solve content collaboration, archive documents, and provides cyber security.
Dropbox does everything I need.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to share your working files with other team members outside of your organization. Plans offer plenty of storage space. The digital signature feature is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to navigate to the folder you want if you have a lot to go through.

It allows for fully remote productivity in an easy to use format.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can store all of my files securely and access it very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Th wonky downside to Dropbox I think would be that the pictures and videos are lower quality than what I upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is helping me solve my storage issues for my business. Now I can store my files here rather than on all of my separate devices.
Great for importing Data
What do you like best about the product?
I work in R and have to import data regularly. Dropbox makes it easy to use a link to import my data with live edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative that effects my work. Dropbox fits my needs perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to share data between users. Typically spreadsheets. Using dropbox makes it so that everyone has the most up to day information without have to e-mail and delete older spredsheets.
Dropbox has continued to innovate it's products and services over the years!

Initially the ease of off-site backups. More recently their ability to listen to their customers and offer new services important to us.

The constant changing of plans, but the value seems to increase so that outweighs it. imo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to files on multiple computers and on the go. The automatic syncing of files and folders in the cloud.
Over a decade of personal and professional daily Dropbox usage. Can't imagine my life without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Working in a creative field, I've come to find Dropbox has simply led the curve on true workform synchronicity. From version control, to project disection, I have never once had a file version conflict while using dropbox. Of the millions of files I have cycled through their servers. Pretty impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I feel the mobile app could use some TLC. It does not seem to have kept up with the standard of development that a very feature rich Dropbox has come to be known for. General app layout seems antiquated, and photos and camera uploads take way too long to load previews to make it a tool utilized very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, version control across an animation studio and small 3d printing company.
