A practical and useful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I can download Dropbox folders and files onto my computer but still access them online via the website. And the sharing capabilities are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sharing capability is good but if more than one person is working in the same document at the same time, especially when one person is working on their computer in the native software, Dropbox creates a second document with "conflicts" of the changes each person may be making. This makes collaboration very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to cloud content collaboration, Dropbox creates more problems than it solves when more than one person is accessing a document at the same time.
Greatest File Transfer Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the sheer amount of storage I have access too for an affordable fee. I'm able to store all of my personal photos and docs in addition to my various clients' photos from the various events that I cover. It's easy to use and I can access everything from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when sending clients links it pressures them to download the app or to buy storage that they don't already have. Hi-resolution files take up a lot of space so I host all my stuff so the client doesn't have to pay for storage, it gets tricky when they say "hey I don't have space in my Dropbox to add these photos" when they can just download them directly outside of having the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a one stop shop where everyone can access their photos and files with individualized folders has been extremely helpful.
Benefits of Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
We have bee using Dropbox for years and it has always been invaluable in backing up files and for sgaring folders and files within the business and with our customers. There has been many times where the undelete feature has been a life-saver

There is nothing we would change about Cropbox - it has served us well

Dropbox helps us with file cloud back up and file sharing with our customers and suppliers
User for many years
What do you like best about the product?
Application-wise, it's extremely easy to keep copies of all my files locally and offsite in case anything happens to my drive. The ability to revert changes to files is a plus as well but I've never used it or had a need to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the price of storage bottoming out I think Dropbox can drop pricing a few dollars a month. Cost is really my only issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File archiving offsite.
Dropbox makes my clients life easier when downloading their videos.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience & ease of use. I serve both business to business and when they need to review or download their final videos this is essential. Also my wedding clients love the ease of use to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the loading and downloading gets janky and timeout for files like 50 GB and above.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast & reliable storage/downloading
I love how I can download my music as mp3 files and take them on the go!

I like that I can save my files to my phone so that I can read them offline.

I am able to export confidential data files easily without the risk of losing data.
One stop shop for all my assets
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience and the ease of access. I've been a Dropbox customer for over a decade now and it truly is one of the best experiences I've come across. Dropbox does majority of the heavy lifting and that's the best part. I don't have to think much about the experience overall. It just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the things like version history that used to just work out of the box is more or less a paid option now. I feel when it's an emergency, which mostly might be once in a while, that feature truly could be crucial but it should just be available by default. No extras. Also I feel the file previews could slightly be better in my opinion. Richer, flexible and easy to use. Just like the file store and nav experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File access is the biggest advantage and feature in my opinion. The ease of use as well as features implemented based on the platform is truly great. It makes things quite collaborative within our team, no matter wherever we are in the world.

I cannot think of anything that I do not like about DB.

Easily can share documents between co-workers and friends.

I like how I can use the desktop folder to upload and it's reflected on the web browser version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes uploads (especially big ones) don't upload right or have to be split up. This also happens on my Google Drive though

Dropbox has allowed my manager and myself to communicate seamlessly and efficiently with each other.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows my manager and I to seamlessly keep updated with each other with zero lag time to maximize efficiency.

Although a cloud service, often files take up space on my computer which can be a hindrance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to send my manger large files and keep them organized in one place can be a chore. Dropbox allows me to do both with ease.
