The most fool-proof cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to upload and download, creating links with exceptional speed and search capabilities that exceed Windows 11.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be awkward when moving individual files and subfolders to folders. Items can end up in unexpected places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it primarily for backup and to email large files.
Trustworthy cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
I previously depended on Dropbox when I was an independent contractor, but now everyone in my family uses it to collaborate on documents and save memories.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the low annual price for a massive amount of storage. I also like the ease of sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't know where to store items that were clogging up our hard drive before. Dropbox has been extremely useful for storage and collaboration.

The easy access and availability of it all.

I wish there was more storage available with a family plan, or the ability to link up multiple plans into a family plan to share the storage amounts.

Being able to have files easily accessible between multiple users.

Dropbox has always been a reliable place for me to store footage and send work out to clients. It has yet to fail me and highly recommend!

It can be a bit more user friendly with it's interface

Dropbox has always been helpful when it comes to customer service. Continued support is greatly appreciated.

It is so easy to access and share my photos and work from any of my devices and my clients devices as well.

I think it could be a little less expensive

Being able to share work with my clients has been nothing but easy and efficient.
I appreciate being able to have all my docs in one place

I can upload a bunch of documents, organize them, mark them as favorite, edit them online or on my computer etc

Sometimes is hard to edit a doc on dropbox without downloading it frist

It helps my team's communication and makes things flow better - without having to email docs back and frot-

We've been using dropbox for 5 years with no issues. Dropbox is great since it works on just about every platform: windows, mac, ios and android.

Dropbox does not have a phone support system

Easy transfer of videos

Ease of use; speed of transfer; ease of sharing

Sometimes have trouble with browser...chrome. Have to use Firefox sometimes

Viewing and sending large video files safely and effectively.
Easy to use, especially if you send lots of small files.
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest difference between Dropbox and Google Drive is that there's no extra allowances required to send files. Just send the link and it's done. No problems or sing ins required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio player could be much higher quality.

Easy files transfer for all my clients.
