Overall experience is good
What do you like best about the product?
It's so convenient when I have multiple devices. I can read and download files easily
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. It's expensive, and there is no promotion

I can open all files whwn I use different devices
Dropbox works really well

It is very easy to use. I am not technologically savvy and Dropbox fits the bill for me.

I create a lot of folders and I become disorganized. I have to have a better system.

I have to share documents with my clients that include large files. I am able to do so easily through Dropbox.

What I like most about Dropbox is how easy it is to use.

I haven't had any real issues therefore I don't have dislikes.

It is a game changer to have file access from anywhere including my phone.

Long familiarity and very easy to use, esp. sync.

Documentation -- please give a few detailed examples on major points.

Files available acroos devices. Need the extra storage at times. Helps with new devices.

The ease of use on the app. I like that I can create files in my pc then pick them up from my app

The storage. I think the free version should allow more storage

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about DropBox is that I can access it from anywhere. I love the versatility and ease of use to review files while on the go through my phone without having to have my laptop with me. I've been using DropBox for a number of years now. Friends have tried to get me to switch, and I've said no way. DropBox is for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to Dropbox right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DropBox provides a safe place to store my files so I can access them when I need them.

What do you like best about the product?
1. I can easily keep organized all my important files from EVERYWHERE!
2. All my phone pictures are loaded to the cloud without the need for "extra" cloud services"
3. Their password management app is paramount to avoid memorizing or repeating the same combinations over and over again

1. I wish it had a face recognition system to access my data

I use this with my wife to keep our life ORGANIZED!
Dropbox is my #1 to for photo sharing to clients

I like everything about dropbox, there's not much not to like. I think the interface is easy to use, it's convenience and reliability and always available, I've had no issues with it.

Some of my clients might not be as tech savvy, would love a way to make it easier one them.

In my current role, we rely heavily on requesting large documents from our customers. Dropbox makes is extremely easy for the transfer of those files with just a click of a button!

Nothing! Dropbox is very helpful! The shareable link allows me to connect with customers very easily!
