Dropbox works perfectly!
What do you like best about the product?
The best I like is the synchronization with my local folders. it is easy to use. I use dropbox every day to access sensitive files. No need to ask for customer support because everything works well
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, things work well. Even though I never had any security issues when using it, I am not sure if there will be any in the future

it gives me the best synchronization with any other services that I have used

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Dropbox let's me organize and share files with my team and with my clients. It's easy to use and my clients appreciate that they have a place they can go to find everything they need access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Dropbox. It does what I need it to do and it does it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox gives me a simple, low-cost way to store and share documents, videos and other resources with my team and clients.

Dropbox is always there and is well-integrated with our Windows and Android devices.

We have not had any specific issues with Dropbox or functionalities that we wished it had.

It has been very helpful to have all my files at the click of a button.

It is very accessible to everyone. I can be able to access it on my phone as well as my computer.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is perfect for my videography business and does everything i need to send and receive files. I wish i had upgraded to the higher service level sooner!

At times i feel the upload speeds could be faster but letting files run overnight is an easy fix for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes upload speeds can be a little slower than i prefer.

It's reliable and fast. I have one or two shared folders and the rest are just me and it works.

I'm not thrilled with how the mobile app deals with offline access.

Dropbox is an excellent professional tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am a photographer and I need to allow clients and team members to access specific folders to view images, provide feedback and or download. I also prefer to have a digital backup at all times, this allows me to access my files while traveling and adds a layer of insurance to protect my image library.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time consuming to disable file access to larger folders with subfolders. While I appreciate. While I appreciate being able to tailor access it would be convenient to be able to disable access to all subfolders in one action rather then needing to go into each subfolder to do so.

File sharing, access and backup.
