great at tracking docs
What do you like best about the product?
I have a back up of my entire computer that I can access at my finger tips from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are security hazards associated with their record keeping of data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to access and share things with ease with multiple parties
Great method of keeping digital records.

None that I can think of, It does what it is supposed to do.

The ability to access my files anywhere allows me to stay informed.
Most stable and no hassle cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
Works seamlessly in the background and integrates with the Mac OS well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have a bit better integration with iOS. Can take time to find and index files. Sometimes it won't let you play offline video formats. Important for me as I work with film and TV.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since it integrates so well with other apps and the OS, it makes it reliable and effective. The way it handles updating files are also faster than other cloud services I use.
Dropbox is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to use Dropbox to share and save files easily with my clients. What I do not like is organizing my files and sorting through the personal and business stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing my files is tedious. I don't always have time to sort through the files before sharing a link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing information and storage for Real Estate transactions.
Easy cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, works the same as the computer filing system but it's all saved with in the cloud. Nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Got to pay to get a decent amount of storage though.

Can easily share files with team members and keep everything updated.
Love the Transfer Links
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use to create transfer links to send documents for business use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to add more time to the transfer link without the need for a paid subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get important documents to outside consultants and jurisdictions in a timely and effective manner.

I have been using Dropbox for over 10 years, and have really enjoyed the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. The service is seamless.

Dropbox for storage, access and AI
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is great for access files from multiple locations and devices, and integrated with file manage makes it easy to use. Using Dash as an AI search function within all my docs makes it a great support tool to use for finding information faster and more relevant. Easy to set up and use. I use it continuously, every day for business and personal use
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost isn't too bad but free is always nice. I know it can't be free, though...

Accessing and sharing files across multiple users and devices and also using Dash as a search function within the documents for finding procedures or information relevant to our business
Great Tool for Organization on the Go
What do you like best about the product?
I can use it anywhere on any device. It is so much easier to keep track of files, photos, etc than trying to "track down" where you stored something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about Dropbox.

Again, I am not having problems of any concern with Dropbox.
