Great Service with a Great Price and Funtionality!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that whenver I need to use it, the uptime is 100%. I have never had an issue accessing my files no matter in what Country or location I was in be it from a phone or PC, it's always available and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is fair although with more cloud service providers coming online, I hope that this drives the market to a more level price overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files between all of our agents and teams.

Love the Ease of Use in Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a loyal user for over 12 years. I love that everything syncs well with all of my devices. Years ago before larger files were accepted everywhere now, it was 1000% the best service to use. Now as a photographer, it still is the best thing to send files to colleagues or clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like is that if you host files on your computer it does take up that space on the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The transfer and hosting of large files or folders across my whole company.

Multi platform compatibility / apps for mobile devices / reliability / reasonable plans and pricing

Can conflict with other cloud services if you don't configure them both properly

The confidence to store data there and know that it will always be accessible when I need it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automatic sync between my computers and devices. I can easily move between PCs when needed without emailing or transferring files. I have version control, and backup recovery, and I can access my data from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't delete my mac folders since I no longer have access to those computers...

Mostly data access on the go, whenever and wherever.

Sometimes organizing folders is a pain on the phone.

Nothing. Dropbox makes everything so easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Reliability. I tried using google drive for work related activities, but it's a nightmare. So although it may not be perfect, Dropbox in my opinion is the best option.
What do you dislike about the product?
First: Price. It's not the best value for companies and people operating in countries with currencies that has less value compared to USD.
Second: Some updates are implemented without too many choice from the user. There's a new update that changes how the Mac is synced and as far as I know once you updated, you can't go back.

Dropbox makes it super easy to share large files and has kept updating the product with new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox has gotten considerably more expensive to use.
