Quietly does exactly what I want it to do
What do you like best about the product?
Effortlessly keeps my important data safe and synchronized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing to dislike about it -- it quietly does what it says it will do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me quickly transfer working files, keep them in sync across devices, make sure I don't lose anything important.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to arrange the files with ease. It's not difficult to get familiar with the program and you have access virtually anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't received notification when someone alters to removes files I added. that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of sharing files with outside organizations, saving time on multiple emails
I use DropBox as my main hard drive -- accessible & synched to all my devices

It automagically provides a backup and alway synchronized access to all of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing folders/docs/spreadsheets with others, enabling them to share in the editing doesn't seem to work. I want DropBox to work better than Google docs because I share Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote files (vs. Google versions) I've tried folder sharing online with my team and they cannot edit. Your instruction seem clear enough but it just doesn't work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can movefiles quickly between phoen and computer. Also, love that I can share huge files with anyone, regardless of their own capacity. True game-changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if there was a better defualt filing system when adding files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can seemlessly move files from phone to computer without having an email app on my phone, which is my preference.
Dropbox -- The Perfect Cloud File Storage Solution!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Dropbox allows me to quickly and easily upload, browse, and update my files on pretty much any device I may need them on! It was easy to implement and integrate into my current file storing habits, allowing me to use it frequently to access my files. I also loved the many options I had to manipulate my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the lack of transparency. I received a 100 GB deal when I purchased my Acer Nitro 5 laptop, but I was never informed clearly that, after 1 year, I would go back to only having the default amount of storage. I naively stored many GB of information that I can now not get rid of unless I have somewhere else to store them or I buy more storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me with my file storage needs, and it has allowed me to store a good chunk of my data in one, easy-to-access place.
Flexibility, Features, Value
What do you like best about the product?
As a creative working with many clients, dropbox saves me SO MUCH TIME in being able to share content with clients and get feedback about what we have produced. The features within Dropbox are great and continually being improved upon. The value I get for what Dropbox provides is probably better than anything else I pay for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload speeds and download speeds seem to be throttled sometimes and I wish that they could be faster. I'm on Gigabit fibre, so I have a lot of upload bandwidth that does not get used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to share content with clients effortlessly. Allows me to have access to important files and information on the go without needing to carry around an external hard drive all the time.

One thing i have had issues with is downloading all my files to archive.

Moving big files to users who cannot accept them via email.
also having the ability to archive files I no longer use and know they are in a safe place is invaluable

It is easy to use and keeps my files organized it one of the best purchases I made

Their is not much I dislike I had to turn off camera mode so all my photos did not download

Having all of my files in one accessible place really helps me in my line of work. Being able to easily access and share with teammates helps keep us moving quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new format of previewing what is inside each folder from the homepage makes things feel cluttered and sometimes confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I don't have a dedicated server at work to share files. Dropbox allows us all to access the files and work with them even when not in the office.
