Highly Accessible, But Storage Space Is Limited
What do you like best about the product?
It's accessible and relatively easy to upload files into it.

It has limited storage space which makes it difficult when I constantly upload large files

I appreciate how I have a neutral space to upload large files and share that with people outside my company.

Ease of use and ability to edit in real time, everyone is able to have access

Sometimes when big files are uploaded it take a while for people with links to be able to download - could be an internet issue but it uploads on our end and we send a link - the ter side has to wait if the folder contains large files to be able to download.

Efficient Photo Sharing with Dropbox, Minor Drive Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy the setup of Dropbox is, as everything was pretty straightforward. The intuitive nature of having a folder on my desktop to which I can directly drop files after rendering or editing photos is incredibly convenient. Once the files are in Dropbox, I can effortlessly send a link via email or text, making the sharing process simple and efficient. This ease of use is particularly important for my business as I frequently send large video or photo files to clients and Dropbox was the only viable solution I had, especially for efficiently managing such large files. I would recommend Dropbox highly, especially for individuals who do not want to invest in a home NAS system, rating it an eight or nine out of ten because I believe it is among the best solutions available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how Dropbox seems to duplicate or add additional burden to my main drive on my computer, which I had to figure out on my own. Additionally, I'm not a fan of how it bogs down my hard drives over time. The subscription-based model is also a downside for me. I would prefer a single initial charge with an option to upgrade storage capabilities over time, which is why I'm transitioning to a NAS (Network Attached Storage) system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the issue of sending large video and photo files to clients, being the only solution I had for this task. Its ease of use, like dragging files into a desktop folder and sharing links, is highly intuitive.

I have been using Dropbox for at least ten years, and I find it incredibly useful for keeping track of my various files and passwords. I love how awesome, convenient, and easy to use Dropbox is. Setting it up was super easy, which contributed to its seamless integration into my life. Dropbox provides easy access to the files I need most, which is a significant benefit for my daily activities. Additionally, sharing files through Dropbox is a breeze, enhancing collaboration and information sharing. It allows me to organize my files into different folders effortlessly, and I appreciate how easy it is to access them on the go using the Dropbox app. Moreover, the ability to update files in real time is helpful, ensuring I always have the latest versions at hand. Overall, I really like the software just the way it is, finding no need for any changes. I also appreciate its compatibility with other tools like Microsoft Word.

Easy Cloud Backup, But Folder Management Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its fairly easy to use and create an account and drop files, images, create folders and have the items backed up on the cloud for easy access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am having trouble sorting in a way that works, sometimes if a folder is created in the wrong place, i can't simply move it to the "home" page, I end up having to create a new folder on the home page and then moving the documents over. It might be user error but it should be easier to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think space is an issue and if its easy to not hit the max, that would be most beneficial for me
Decent Free Storage with Annoying Ads

I appreciate Dropbox for its long-standing reliability as a document repository, which I have been utilizing for the past fifteen years to store household information. The ease of use is commendable, as I faced no challenges when I first started using it, which was a considerable time ago. Dropbox's core functionality as a simple storage solution aligns perfectly with my needs, providing a dependable platform for document storage without the necessity of any complicated features or setups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Dropbox's paid features too expensive and lacking in added value, which is why I stick to a free account. Additionally, I am frustrated by the presence of too many ads, which take up screen space and often interfere with the site's loading. This disruption hampers my overall user experience.

I use Dropbox as a document repository to store household information, providing me with a convenient and centralized place to keep my documents.

It is easy to find the info I'm looking for in folders, docs, etc. And it is more secure than other platforms.

Sometimes it can get cluttered and is manual to fix this.

What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient and very easy to use. Just install the client and start syncing right away without any technical issues. Very easy to implement and the features are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video hosting can be quite slow sometime. If you use Dropbox for image and other file it is okay but if you store a video and share it with someone to watch. Sometime the buffering can take quite a long time for the video to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of having to use flash drive or physical storage. It is also secure and easy to use. I can access my file anytime and anywhere with just an internet connection. It also provides a client to easily sync files between devices without having to logon to the website to retrieved the file. Syncing is fast and reliable.
