Affordable Storage, Needs Better Google Docs Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for over ten years, primarily for both personal and business file storage. I initially chose Dropbox because it was free, which initially attracted me to the platform. One of the standout benefits that have kept me using Dropbox is its affordability. Over the years, I made the switch from OneDrive due to Dropbox's cheaper pricing, which has been beneficial for me. Setting up Dropbox was straightforward and easy, contributing to a positive first experience. I appreciate the platform's ability to handle large data storage needs efficiently and its easy file management features. These aspects are crucial in maintaining and organizing my files without hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of quality integration with Google Docs, as it hampers my ability to work smoothly between these platforms. The integration shortcomings prevent live document updates, which would greatly enhance the workflow and collaboration efficiency. This limitation is frustrating because it disrupts real-time document collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Dropbox offers large data storage at a cheap price and easy file management, despite lacking quality integration with Google Docs.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Dropbox incredibly valuable for online access to my important documents, allowing me flexibility in managing my files without the need to carry my laptop everywhere. This feature significantly enhances my productivity and convenience, essentially acting like an online computer for me. I appreciate that I've been able to invite friends to join Dropbox, which reflects the power of its sharing and collaboration capabilities. These aspects make Dropbox an indispensable tool in my daily routine, providing me with the ability to easily access my files from anywhere, anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Dropbox did not fulfill its promise to provide 500 MB of bonus storage for each successful referral beyond the first few times, despite fulfilling the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox for online access to my important documents from anywhere, eliminating the need to carry my laptop, which enhances my flexibility and productivity.

Just the ease of access for our group to all documents needed.

There really isn't anything I dislike. The organization is great.

One location for all documents needed. No more hard filing cabinets anymore.
Dropbox Makes Remote Collaboration Effortless and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using dropbox with a non-profit organization I work for. Dropbox allows us to organize our information such as bills to be paid, deposits, tax related matters efficiently. No more lost emails when a bill needs paid. We simply upload the invoice, enter it into quickbooks, pay the bill, and move the invoice to another folder when complete. Very thankful for this platform when the bookkeeper lives 2000 miles away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. The platform is easy to use, share with others and set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows us to stay organized and not have lost bills to be paid. That was the reason I suggested to our team.

Dropbox Sets the Gold Standard for File Management Across Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I love the access I have to my files on every device. I love that it categorizes screenshots for me and allows me to mark them up easily as well!! Dropbox is everything that every other file management system dreams of being and yet can’t fathom all its glorious tricks!

Honestly? Nothing! They keep improving and leveling up- making it possible for me to do the same

Great File Access, But Needs Better Multi-File Upload

Accessibility of files, easy uploading and sending.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about dropbox is that you can't uploading or send multiple files at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files with other devices that do not contain the software needed to open bluebeam or cad files.

EASY TO WORK WITH AND SHARE WITH FRIENDS. Also safe and easy to navigate dashboard

Great Cross-Device Access, But Mac Integration Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access files from multiple device
What do you dislike about the product?
It's become less interactive with Mac products and for example, I can't add dropbox as a location on my Finder for the first time in about 16 years
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I own a small business with five IMAX, four MacBooks, three iPads and a couple dozen phones that all need access to the same few documents and dropbox is the perfect way to allow that
