Excellent Platform Use
What do you like best about the product?
Storage is good and easy to use. E-sign is good too.

wOULD Like more storage and esign envelopes for free

Dropbox integrates very easily with the windows file explorer on desktop and across my mobile devices too.

I dislike the limited storage space on free plans.

Dropbox helps me manage the same files across multiple devices and easily transfer them back and forth.
Great for Small Businesses, But System Needs Modernization
What do you like best about the product?
It is the perfect cloud system for small businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you have to actually "download" the files in order for it to sync changes. This is very outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an office overseas, and it helps us with file sharing.
Great Offline & Online Access, future wishlist is for signature features to be included!

That you can use if both online and offline

Not much that I dislike. I do wish it had included signature features free of charge with premium accounts, such as dropbox sign.

I have been using Dropbox since it first came out and it has been an integral part of my business for over a decade, primarily for storing all of my client files. One of the aspects I really appreciate is its user-friendly setup experience, even in the early days of using the service, which made the transition seamless. Dropbox offers peace of mind by providing a safe location to store and backup client files, ensuring everything is appropriately safeguarded. I frequently use the feature that allows me to share links to specific files, which is a huge convenience for collaborating with clients and employees. This capability streamlines communication and file sharing within my business operations. Additionally, Dropbox has proven to be an affordable and easy-to-use tool for my business needs. Lastly, my strong endorsement of Dropbox is reflected in my willingness to recommend it with a high rating of ten out of ten.

Essential Automated Backups, But Pricey Compared to Alternatives
What do you like best about the product?
Automated backups are crucial in this insecure world, especially with outages in most cloud providers. Everyone needs to use a cloud backup along with an air-gapped hardware version

It's actually quite expensive compared to other offerings and it's connection to a very brittle AWS was the first reason I decided to drop the service. Plus, they don;t make it easy to leave.

I have been using Dropbox for five years, primarily for academic purposes, and it has been incredibly valuable to me. I love how easy it was to set up initially, with no difficulties at all. The most significant benefit I have found is the ability to share files effortlessly with colleagues and students, which is invaluable for collaboration. This sharing capability is the major feature I appreciate the most about Dropbox, as it greatly enhances my ability to work with others. Additionally, being able to save files in the cloud and access them from anywhere is highly beneficial. This flexibility means I can manage and retrieve files from any location, which is definitely useful for my academic work. Overall, Dropbox has proven to be an essential tool for file management and collaboration.

I dislike the limited amount of storage space available on Dropbox. This constraint makes it challenging to save all the necessary files without worrying about running out of space. Increasing the available storage would greatly improve my experience and usability of the service.
