Exceptional Storage and Sharing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Dropbox because it helps me maintain the quality of images and videos when sending files to clients, ensuring they don't get downgraded. It's incredibly convenient for managing storage space on my iPhone 12, which has limited capacity, relieving the stress and anxiety of running out of space. Dropbox also makes file organization and prioritization easier, preventing any sloppiness and allowing me to handle tasks more efficiently. The ability to send links to groups and know who accesses them adds a professional touch, and the feature to prove ownership or delegate management while retaining access is incredibly useful. Moreover, the straightforward and easy setup process made it hassle-free to start using Dropbox. I find the integration with editing apps like Lightroom convenient, as it allows seamless transitions from editing to storing in Dropbox. Overall, Dropbox has been an amazing tool for me, enhancing professionalism and functionality in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the limited storage capacity in the free version of Dropbox to be a significant constraint. The 10 gigabytes of space provided are not sufficient for my needs, especially when dealing with photography and video files. This forces me to constantly manage my storage by deleting files and removing myself as the owner to free up space, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of a referral bonus feels like a missed opportunity for supporting users who might encourage others to join Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me maintain image quality, manage storage issues on my phone, and allows professional sharing without reducing image quality.

I have been using Dropbox for twelve years and find it incredibly valuable for sharing photos with my team, especially regarding property images. One of the standout features for me is its convenience; Dropbox's ability to provide access to photos from any device without needing an Internet connection is tremendously beneficial for our workflow. This flexibility allows me to retrieve important documents and photos on the go, irrespective of my location or device. Additionally, Dropbox simplifies my processes by allowing me to upload photos and documents and easily convert them to PDFs. This level of accessibility and functionality makes Dropbox an invaluable tool for my team's operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the transition from using Dropbox on my phone to setting it up and using it on the computer to be cumbersome. Especially when I initially started using it on the cell phone, configuring it for computer use was challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox enables me to access photos from anywhere without needing an Internet connection, greatly improving our workflow. It's convenient for sharing photos with my team and accessing them from any device.

Reliable for Sharing and Storage, Minor Set-Up Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I find Dropbox incredibly useful for sharing files with my team, as it makes the process straightforward and efficient. Additionally, Dropbox stands out as one of the most affordable solutions for storing large files on the cloud. This is particularly important for files like big video files, which require significant storage space and handling. The platform has been functional for my needs, and I will continue to use it due to its practicality and efficiency. I appreciate the file request function within Dropbox, as it adds versatility to how I can gather files from others, although it doesn't always work perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Dropbox a bit confusing, particularly with its integration on both desktop and browser versions. There were issues with syncing folders from my computer to Dropbox, which didn't always work well at the beginning, resulting in difficulties getting it set up properly. Additionally, I find the file request function doesn't always work perfectly as sometimes the files appear as 'ghosts' - the system indicates they're there, but not everything has been uploaded properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Dropbox makes sharing files with my team easy and offers affordable cloud storage for large files.
