Reliable File Sharing and Backup with Essential E-Signature Features
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been one of my most powerful tools for the last 15 years or so. It enables me to share files with others, move many files off my computer so they are saved by a provider that also backs up their servers. I know that every one of my extremely important files is saved, no matter what.
Additionally, the ability to have forms signed is very important for me, which I have that functionality with Dropbox.
Additionally, the ability to have forms signed is very important for me, which I have that functionality with Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that Dropbox used to have that I really liked and needed was the ability to place a large file to be viewed and/or downloaded during a very specific time frame (i.e., one-week, etc.) before it is unavailable. I disliked that that functionality was pulled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution addresses my need to back up extremely important files, particularly those that must be kept for governmental reasons. Another advantage is that it lets me store files exclusively on the server, which saves a significant amount of hard drive space on business computers. This, in turn, helps computers run more efficiently. Furthermore, it makes it easy to keep older yet still crucial files accessible, as I can retrieve them simply by clicking on them. Additionally, I have truly NEVER needed to contact support. Dropbox ALWAYS works as advertised for my business needs.

Dropbox: Perfect for Efficient File Management
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how easy Dropbox is to use, especially the seamless setup process on my Mac OS X. The convenience of having it show up on the menu bar makes it incredibly straightforward and user-friendly. One of the standout features for me is the capability to quickly upload large files, like a three-gigabyte file, in just a minute or two and easily share them with my clients. This efficiency feels unique, almost as though it operates independently from regular Internet tools. The organizational structure that Dropbox provides is superb. I appreciate the ability to create folders categorized for different client types—be it video, music, graphic design, or illustration clients. It’s like having a cloud-based hard drive where everything is neatly organized and easily manageable, allowing me to add or delete files with ease. The overall capabilities are truly impressive. Moreover, the continuous reliable performance and the way it fits seamlessly into my lifestyle make it perfect for my needs. I wouldn’t change a thing about it and wholeheartedly recommend Dropbox as the best option for file sharing over competitors like WeTransfer or YouSendIt; it's a perfect ten in my book.

Effortless File Sharing and Sync with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Dropbox for its effortless sharing capabilities, which allow me to share content like photos and videos with clients without requiring them to log in or create an account. It's incredibly user-friendly, and I appreciate how quick and easy it is to upload from my computer into the Dropbox folder and access the files anywhere, whether online or offline. Another feature I find amazing is how seamlessly Dropbox syncs with both my phone and computer, providing me easy access to my content anytime, anywhere. The setup process was a breeze, thanks to the comprehensive instructions and follow-up emails that ensured I was using it correctly, making it easy even for those without an IT background. The layout and intuitive design contribute to its ease of use, enriching my overall experience. I particularly enjoy the generous storage capacity Dropbox offers, with two terabytes compared to the one terabyte provided by my previous service, OneDrive, which significantly supports my storage needs. I also find fast sharing from any device, whether my phone or computer, extremely beneficial for my workflow. Overall, these features, combined with the platform's smooth operation and robust functionality, have made Dropbox an invaluable tool for my content-sharing needs.

Reliable Document Access, Needs Better Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I love the e-signing capability in Dropbox, which makes handling documents much easier for me. The ability to access Dropbox on both my computers and on the cloud via my phone is incredibly convenient, allowing me to retrieve documents from anywhere at any time. This level of accessibility is the best benefit for me. I also appreciate that I've been able to purchase extra space, which ensures I have plenty of room for my needs. I find Dropbox much easier to use compared to alternatives like OneDrive, especially in terms of user-friendliness and document-sharing capabilities. The option to directly share or attach documents is more straightforward in Dropbox, whereas with OneDrive, sharing often involves links, which isn't as preferable. Overall, Dropbox's ease of use and accessibility make it an indispensable tool for my personal and professional life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some confusion about the syncing feature in Dropbox. It seems to indicate that there's not enough space on my desktop computer, even though when I check, there is space available. This makes it difficult for me to understand why my desktop isn't able to sync everything onto the drive. Additionally, I think the syncing process should be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides essential document accessibility and e-signing capabilities, enabling me to access and sign documents from anywhere. Despite some syncing issues, Dropbox remains my go-to for storing and sharing documents due to its user-friendly design compared to OneDrive.
