Why I do all my work through Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox helps me stay organized between computers at work, at home and while traveling. By keeping all my important work, especially work in progress, on Dropbox, I have access to my files wherever I am working.
Another feature that I count on is the backup feature for my various computers. For those files that I don't have on Dropbox, I can always retrieve them through the backup copies. This has saved me much time and energy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Dropbox is too helpful. There are times when I want to only have local copies of things, and it puts them on Dropbox anyway. And when I am copying a file using a USB drive, or connecting my phone, it is always trying to back them up, when I don't really need to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me manage and back up my files. It also provides access to all my important work regardless of where I am working or which computer I happen to be using.

DropBox is an essential tool for my music production and collaboration process between artists.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to listen to mixes on multiple devices and share music with collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
A better GUI for listening to music. Like hitting the space bar for "play and stop", etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Music collaboration and sharing of music files and sessions.
A constant in my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is universal. I do not need to know if my clients are android, iPhone, Windows or Mac. They can be an existing Dropbox user or not. I just send them a link and they can see the images I've uploaded for them. Uploading my images is so simple. As a photographer I just export my images to a Dropbox folder on my desktop and the sync process does the magic. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a tendancy to try and make my users dropbox users and have them copy my dropbox files to theirs. Why do both of us need to eat into our storage limits. One complaint is "I can't access yout files. My dropbox is full". That should never be a constraint. I've already uploaded the files. Their dropbox storage should be a non-issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to share hundreds of proof photos with my clients almosry every day
I use Dropbox for more than 10 years and it has never let me down.
What do you like best about the product?
It just works! It will never disappoint you and it works with linux.
Also dropbox paper is amazing, way better than Google docs.

Free tier has limited storage space, just 2GB, which is enough for documents, but not photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing documents with Dropbox Transfer, when they are big enough, gmail can't attach them.
I use it for a nonprofit (USPS) and find it difficult to send pictures to our editor and Commodore

I can open the process and add material easily.

Moving material that is viewed difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a busness, but volunteer in a not for profit boating organization (United States Power Squadrons, Americas boating Club) I use the system to distritute organization pictures to several newsletter editors, and unit elected officials.

What do you like best about the product?
Optimal storage solution. Allows me to upload any storage files without hiccups or problems.
No other company I've used allows me to upload photos, files, videos, etc all in one and share with others so seamlessly.

Interface could be a little more user friendly, maybe a new facelift and refresh.
