Easy to use and great interface and intregation

The files sometimes don’t come up in the browser as intended

The user interface, search features, integration with operating system and mobile device, and security.

When sharing files with non-Dropbox users, they can get frustrated with having to create an account and the marketing emails from Dropbox.

It acts as a Cloud, version control for work and personal documents.

BEING ABLE TO SHARE DOCUMENTS QUICK AND EASY.

I WISH IT DID HAVE MORE FREE STORAGE JUST BECAUSE IT WOULD MAKE MY LIFE EASIER HAHA.

BEING ABLE TO SHARE DOCUMENTS QUICKLY THROUGHOUT OUR COMPANY WE CAN ALL BE ON ONE LARGE DROP BOX.

Being able to share and store files/projects

How easy it is for someone sharing to accidental remove files

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience and actual performance of the syncing across devices is extremely helpful with workflow and peace of mind, shortening workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backup system is not always reliable or accurate when restoring files that are missing/deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve the issue of having a cloud based storage for delivery of files to clients and storage of the files for collaborative access in the cloud indefinitely afterwards
Seamless Synchronization Across All Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can have multiple computers and machines in different work locations and not have to lug one machine between those locations. Dropbox syncs seamlessly across all machines, all accounts, regardless of OS platform (I use Windows and Linux; I used to use Mac OS at the same time too). I use it every day in my work as a translator, editor, and indexer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Dropbox. I've had an account for many years and will continue to use it. I've recommended it to many colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use my documents everywhere without having to take my computers with me. I work in multiple locations, AND I have family in other states and countries. I have machines at those locations so there's no need for me to take my laptop everywhere. Dropbox allows me to have a lot of freedom.
Dropbox is a great business tool
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like about drop box is that I can easily pass back and forth new or updated versions of files to a shared folder with immediate access being available to others. In theatre documentation is being updated constantly and the ease of being able to distribute things to other members of the team is extremely helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of using drop box are mostly related to the cost. I would love if it came with more free storage so it wasn't so easy to run into having to pay for more as soon as you begin using it.

Easily being able to distribute files and updated documents to my team

The ease of use to upload and move files around are really good. The growing number of features is also a real plus. I use Dropbox every day and have never had an issue. It's very dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have a hard time remembering all of the places that put different files and I wish there were simpler ways to see where everything is located.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great way to keep up with my team and share all of the files that we work on together.
