Beast cloud storage with data security
What do you like best about the product?
Available on all device type. I can sync data on multiple device and can share it with other with security controls.
The storage i can use with my lots of app to backup the data to dropbox storage

Nothing much to say sometime slow upload and it could be my interest too

Using M 365 but it has heavy cost if go with extra storage

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can connect Dropbox with Adobe pdf and transfer files I want to save and delete on PDF. It allows me to create content and share it with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox has placed a storage limit which means you need to purchase a membership for more storage.

Saves me space for my files created.

The free plan offers very limited storage compared to competitors
A desktop app can be a bit heavy on system resources
UI occasionally feels cluttered with too many features pushed into one interface

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps us centralize all project files across the team, making collaboration much easier, especially when members work remotely or across time zones. We use it to avoid the chaos of email attachments and scattered versions. Features like file recovery, access history, and permissions control have improved both our security and accountability. It also serves as a reliable backup, reducing the risk of data loss in the event of hardware failures.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how everyone in your team has access to the same documents. It makes it easy to store important and confidential docs. You can customize what team or employee has access too. You can use on the internet or through the finder app on a Mac. I use dropbox everyday for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes when I type in a name I am searching for it does not pop up when it is clearly in Dropbox. Sync issues also happen often. More integrations with systems.

Allowing employees from all over to access the same documents instantly.
