Intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the desktop version allows me to treat Dropbox as a folder on my computer. What's even better is that I don't have to link all folders within my Dropbox for the desktop version to save space. It makes keeping on top of the newest version of my most often used files a breeze. Also, it's a great relief to know that I no longer have to carry a physical storage device to have access to my files wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes notice that the Dropbox app takes up a lot of memory (both on my computer and my phone). That sometimes requires me to close the app to get other things done. I know it's inevitable, but want the app to optimize/minimize its memory use when not being actively used.
Another thing that I don't like about Dropbox is that sometimes it asks me to verify my log-in details when I access the site from a new place. I mean, the whole point of having Dropbox is to have that universal access. This can be particularly annoying when I'm in a hurry to pull up a file.

It helps me to keep in touch instantaneously with my collaborators as we make progress on our project as everyone can access the latest version without any glitches/delays.

Very positive experience
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for several years, and it is an easy and smooth platform that makes accessing my files from anywhere possible. I use Dropbox at least once a week, and have it integrated into all my tech since downloading it is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when files on my Dropbox drive on my computer are not automatically saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to store and access everything in one place
Intuitive and Helpful - A real space saver for your device!
What do you like best about the product?
While cloud storage is not a new concept, it is not often you encounter a platform that provides such user-friendly tools. Dropbox is a reliable solution that makes it easy to organize, access, and share files across devices. Its clean interface and seamless syncing capabilities are especially helpful for both individual users and teams. The integration with other tools and platforms, like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, adds to its versatility.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only frustration is that renaming a file can be unintuitive—an extra click often opens a preview sidebar instead of letting you edit the name directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving storage on devices, shareability outside my direct organization; we do not grant external google drive access, so Dropbox feels like neutral territory.
Not the best cloud storage software but it works
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add files, create folders, and organization
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout could be better, the cost, file storage limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our records and cutting down on the use of printing paper. I would say it's a cost savings, but the cost of the product makes up for not using printing supplies.
Simple, reliable, and easy to use for storing and sharing files
What do you like best about the product?
like how easy it is to upload, organize, and access my files across devices. The interface is clean, and I never have to worry about losing anything important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free storage is a bit limited compared to other platforms. Also, sometimes the desktop app can feel heavy or slow to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of file accessibility and version control. I no longer have to email files to myself or worry about using the wrong version—everything stays synced across my devices. It’s also made group work much easier because I can share folders, track changes, and avoid confusion about who has the latest file. It saves time and keeps things organized.
Long time Dropbox user.

Dropbox was just what I needed for my show
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to compile all of my music for my theater production in a file and let the sound tech control the music.sounds from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked how the sound didn't start over once closing out. Wherever we left off before is where it picks up which made the sound tech have to turn the volume down so that he could start the music over before playing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to compile all of my music, in order for my show this past weekend
Easy to Use and Competitively Priced
