Reliable Cloud Storage with Seamless Sharing

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Dropbox, especially its web interface which I frequently access through Chrome. It is incredibly fast and highly reliable, which makes it a staple in my workflow. The Dropbox app is another feature I am particularly fond of because it allows seamless integration with other apps I utilize on my Android phone, such as Apple Solid Explorer. This connectivity makes exchanging files between my phone and Dropbox a breeze. Additionally, I find it extremely easy to share files with others, which is crucial for collaborating on projects or sending materials to clients or colleagues. I appreciate the simplicity Dropbox brings to my operations, especially with functionalities like file handling and search tools that are remarkably effective. The ability to pin frequently used folders is something I really value, as it enhances my organizational capabilities and saves me time. Overall, Dropbox significantly simplifies my file management process, making it an invaluable tool for my business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Dropbox could offer more storage for the price I'm currently paying, which is around $17 or $19 per month. Right now, I'm getting three terabytes of storage, and I think it would be more reasonable to get four terabytes for that price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to carry files globally, simplify work from anywhere, and easily share with clients. It provides reliable web access and integrates with Android, streamlining my studio and business document management.

Effortless Collaboration and Seamless Sync for Teams

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox stands out for its strong ease of use clean interface, intuitive navigation, and minimal learning curve. The ease of implementation is a major advantage, allowing teams to get up and running quickly without heavy configuration. Customer support is reliable and consistent, which helps keep operations moving without friction. The platform is used frequently across teams because it covers the essential workflows well, supported by a broad set of features that address everyday file-sharing and collaboration needs. Integration is also a key strength Dropbox connects smoothly with major productivity ecosystems, enabling a streamlined, low-effort collaboration environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Dropbox is generally strong, there are a few areas that can be improved. The ease of use is solid, but some advanced features require additional steps that slow down adoption. Implementation is straightforward, but enterprise-level setup could be more streamlined. Customer support is responsive, though the turnaround time for complex queries could be faster. In terms of features, the core set works well, but there’s room to expand capabilities without relying on third-party integrations. Integration is good for standard tools, but connecting niche or custom systems can be less seamless. Overall usage frequency remains high, but these enhancements would drive a smoother operational experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox streamlines my cloud storage and content-management workflow, especially when handling large video files and project assets. It eliminates the delays and operational friction that come with transferring heavy media across teams. The platform’s sync capabilities ensure that files remain accessible from any location, which is critical for collaborating across international markets. As a Business Development Executive in the IT industry, Dropbox also supports faster client servicing quick sharing, secure access, and organized repositories make it easier to manage proposals, technical assets, and collateral. Overall, it reduces turnaround time, improves cross-functional visibility, and keeps both internal teams and clients aligned without operational overhead.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes file management feel effortless. The interface is clean, syncing is reliable, and it works smoothly across devices without any complicated setup. I especially like how easy it is to collaborate, sharing folders, controlling permissions, and tracking updates happens in a very intuitive way. For day-to-day work, it’s one of the most stable and straightforward tools I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is that some of the advanced features feel a bit scattered, especially when switching between the web app and desktop client. Occasional sync delays can also be frustrating when working on time-sensitive projects. Pricing could be more flexible for teams that don’t need the full suite but still require more storage than the basic plans offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps streamline file sharing, version control, and cross-team collaboration. It eliminates the hassle of sending large files back and forth and ensures everyone stays aligned on the latest version. For video editing, it makes transferring heavy footage and working with editors much smoother. Overall, it helps keep workflows organized, reduces time spent searching for files, and improves team coordination.
