Very practical and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful for users who handle few GBs.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should put a small package on sale for a low price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said earlier, a larger GB package at an affordable price is necessary.
Good products - but competes with more expansive ecosystems
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with almost everything and very easy to setup across multiple programmes/apps
What do you dislike about the product?
I get most of its features (e.g. storage) elsewhere
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy shareable storage
Great tool for data storage
What do you like best about the product?
It's been around for quite some time and has integration with many apps, hence becomes quite handy to store and access files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited storage, probably the user interface can be improved as per 2025 standards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexible and easily accessible storage solution for all storage needs
Solid tool. Lagging Features
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox was the original file storage app. They were the best they were cheap and they were included with the best features along the way. It is incredibly easy to use and the fully developed application ecosystem. Dropbox is fully integrated and easy to implement so that I can access it across many tools, ecosystems, and services. Their support team is also top-notch however, I have rarely had to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is no longer providing value when compared with other services. The collaborative features are not appealing, and OneDrive and Google Drive have caught up to them in terms of feature set for cheaper pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to quickly and easily share large files as well as to do collaborative document editing.
one of the best cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that it automatically syncs files on all my devices, - different operating systems- linux, android, windows. It saves time and keeps everything safe in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the free storage is not enough, and upgrading can be a bit costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

One Solution Among Many
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used Dropbox for many years—mainly because it’s reliable, simple, and cross-platform. I like that I can access files from my laptop, phone, or the web without any friction. The syncing is usually seamless, and it plays well with other systems. It’s not flashy, but it does what I need it to do. I also like having it as one of a few storage options for redundancy and peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything about it, but it’s not differentiated. It feels like a commodity at this point—there are tons of similar tools out there, and Dropbox doesn’t stand out. It works fine, but the value isn’t always clear, especially with rising costs and competitors offering more storage or bundled features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me reliable, easy access to my files across devices—laptop, phone, and web—without having to think about it. That’s especially helpful since I use multiple storage systems for backup and redundancy. Dropbox just works in the background and keeps everything synced, which gives me peace of mind and saves time.
Great tool to share any document
What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to share documents without worrying that someone that you don't want ended up reading it. Great support
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find something that dislikes me, it is really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the long waits with documents, you are jst a few clicks away of having it on a folder that people you select can read.
Easy to use file sharing service
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing large files can be difficult when working remotely from colleagues. Dropbox gives us a safe and easy way to share files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storage space is not unlimited! Which makes sense, but working with multimedia files can mean constantly having to update and delete files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video files are very large and when sharing files for review, especially with overseas colleagues, it is necessary to use Dropbox to make sure all their files get to them in a timely manner.
it is ultimate storage solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cloud storage feature of it and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes in the present moment but it is more expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we share pharma regulatory and SOPs documentation in common platform so it makes tasks convenient.
Simple to Set Up, Great for Multi Device Access
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is incredibly simple to set up and start using. I was able to install it and sync my files within minutes. What I like most is that it works the same on all my devices — laptop, desktop, and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish Dropbox offered was more free storage space at the basic level. It’s easy to run out of space if you work with large files like videos or high-resolution images
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy for me to keep all my important files organized and accessible no matter where I am. I no longer worry about forgetting files on one device. It has made working remotely much smoother, especially when switching between devices.
