What do you like best about the product?
MAU, DAU metrics, Open rates, Figuring out user metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of things, look at clevertap how easy it is to navigate, i feel the dashboard could be much easy to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was helping us understand where our users churn was happening and Store adoption rate brand wise data was being presented

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude gives us many ready-to-use solutions that helped us answer business questions related to our tech product. Not only that, in the past one year I saw that Amplitude keeps delivering improvement and new features that helped us exploring our data in quickly and real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times when Amplitude released changes that made the previous feature function, for example, dashboard filtering suddenly not working properly or as expected before due to changes in how to use filter function. Thanks to Amplitude's quick customer care line, it can be solved after we reported the issue that we experienced at that time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes as Product Manager, I have some questions that need to be answered using data analytics. Most of product managers will submit new data dashboard request to Data Analyst team, which has limited bandwidth to pick up request each week, makes us need to queu the backlog for minimum 2-4 weeks. Using Amplitude can speed up the process as long as we know how to get the data and how to process it in Amplitude.

What do you like best about the product?
Pathfinder makes it very easy to determine conversion points and drop offs. It also makes conversion analysis a breeze with funnel analysis and event segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the identity resolution that Amplitude applies to map users across their journey correctly would be more transparent. I know this is a special secret, but I wish it weren't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the user journey without having to create data models for it. Makes it easy for less technical users to understand what is going on in the business.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to create quick analytics (segmentation, cohort, etc.) based on the events on our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need further training to understand how to utilized it even further to help us to create more complex analysis.
It will be great if we can have summarized events on amplitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance review of certain events or page in the app/web - monitoring dashboard.
Predictive audience for segmentation targeting.
Creating cohort and journey for users behaviour analysis

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude Analytics is a great and powerful tool for providing real-time insights about business performance. Amplitude Analytics also allows us to flexibly create audience segments or cohorts, giving us a better understanding of consumer behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a product analyst for Display & Recommendation, it becomes my responsibility to analyze the performance of different content displayed on the app. With the limitation on the Amplitude Analytics segmentation chart where a maximum of 10 events are supported, the pain point that I faced is that sometimes I need to divide my report into several charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics provides real-time data visibility to the Product team, which helps us obtain quick insights, realize negative signals of the app performance, and take corrective actions to recover our metrics. Amplitude Analytics increases the team's productivity as we can do simple data processing by ourselves, without having to always rely on the Data team.

What do you like best about the product?
As a product designer, Amplitude Analytics makes it easy to explore data. This helps my team design and build data-driven products. Simple and accessible tool to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have anything so far that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude makes quick insight generation possible and solves a majority of basic needs from a product insight perspective with its array of tools. It is straightforward to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Many chart types to use that support any analysis you'd like to do, simple or advanced.
Mostly done by just clicking, no technical skills are required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced chart is beyond my capability to use and interpret.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is quite easy to use, you spend some time to learn and then you'll get familiar with it.
I think it translates the complex query into and easy-to-use interface by just mostly click.
So query language skills are good to have but not required for using Amplitude.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has given us data democratisation among the whole company. As a product analyst, I would spend majority of the time pulling data and building dashboards for stakeholders. Now, users can get the data themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
initial onboarding for users of the product is time-consuming so the learning curve is quite steep. However, with proper training and clearly named events this can be avoided
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With amplitude, we are able to get a true understanding of all the who/what/how/why questions we have regarding users of our product. The data allows us to quickly pivot and make informed decisions

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude helps PM with less technical background to instantly access various analytical methods and data insights in realtime manner. Even there are various types of chart ready to use to produce insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data which produced today, can be different when accessed tomorrow or sometimes later. Better to inform the cut off by how many days so user aware data can slightly change over several days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking which funnel (user process) has high drop
Measuring which funnel that is successfully implemented which achieved goals
Measure how much time user need to complete a task - looking for where we can improve further
Realtime tracking which helps in implementation QA, debugging issues, and getting familiar with the data flow and existence
