Has helped give accurate indications of the projectile of the charts by helping create useful charts and funnels that help with the overall app journey. Would recommend.

What do you dislike about the product?

The explanation of some aspects can get slightly difficult sometimes. This could be improved by helping with a glossary of sorts at those stages as well instead of assuming as a given.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps in optimizing certain user journeys like onboarding on the app and also understands how the new shipping features are performing to help with planning the corrective recourse.

Amplitude is a very robust tool and offers several possibilities for analysis. I've been using it for a few months while I try to make the team have a more data-drive culture and I've had good results.

As I was writing this review, I was complaining about the filters that I tought it wasn't really good, but then I found out that the tool actually have what I was looking for, but I've been using it for a month till noticing that you can use "contains, is not, etc", so now I think they should make some things more clear haha.

We're trying to be more data-driven and understand our users behaviour besides qualitative feedbacks. By now, Amplitude is helping us to see where users engage the most and how we can improve those areas.

You can create events very quickly and it is very convenient to observe analytics

Sometimes it is quite difficult to understand what is what at the beginning of use

1. Frontend data ingestion is almost 'real-time', which is good for us to do testing with immediate feedback.
2. Funnel & other chart types are very useful for analysis

What do you dislike about the product?

1. Data Governance can be improved, more info is needed for us to manage events well
2. Billing by event volume is not ideal for trading platform where most advance-traders are hyper active on the trading page, which always trigger the events instrumented on that page (and costly)
3. More APIs are needed for deep automation

Great for doing both quick and deep-dive analysis. We have it connected to segment where we have connected our data-warehouse to get business data as well. Using it both for product and marketing analytics.

I don't find the app very easy to use. The organisation of different types of analysis does not feel organic.
