Easy to use with powerful insights
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use -- I am not a web analytics expert by any means, but building dashboards and finding out how my campaigns are performing is dead simple with a bit of guidance and playing around in the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more access to self-help, user forums, or other guided learnings in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring campaign performance / impact for ABM programs

A well rounded analytics app for your saas product
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly and easily create charts and funnel through events, and visualisation without any query writing. I use it almost on a regular basis to check the adoption of features and ongoing experimentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike as such. Did not find the path finder very useful and intuitive. Bugs in the amplitude extension and limited browser support. Does not work well with non chrome chromium browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making visualisation of data quick and easy, without the need to write queries. It also helps in experimentation assessments.
Great Product for Quick Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely fast in processing large datasets that span over years of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to perform complex calculations & analyses using Amp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use cohorts a lot - it helps me get the top level numbers for specific cohorts very easily. Monitor metrics & trends during live events
Love the interface, dread the performance.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Amplitude's interface and visualisation of data. It's very easy to build charts and interpret them - I attribute a lot of that to its clean, modern look and feel. I also love being able to create new charts quickly through the amplitude.new link - that's a great touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance!!! Given that I'm at a large company, I'm sure we have flooded amplitude with way too many events, so a lot of it may be self-inflicted. But it still doesn't stop the fact that it takes a loooonnggggg time to load the attributes of events. Most times, I end up multi-tasking as I'm waiting for the attributes to load which is quite disruptive to my chart-building flow. This is one of my biggest productivity frictions in my day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude allows me to quickly understand how users are behaving within our product so that I can understand the population of affected users, identify opportunities for product improvements, and keep a pulse on key product engagement metrics I care about. We do not use amplitude for official reporting purposes due to data inaccuracies / the need to apply more comprehensive filtering, but it's great for me to get directional signal of how trends are moving.
Every day, virtually every team in our startup is using Amplitude
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily rely on the segmentation, retention, and funnel charts—along with occasional use of LTV—and those core tools are excellent. We’re sending events from our iOS and Android apps as well as from our backend, using Amplitude to track both high-level KPIs and specific product metrics. It’s central to how we monitor marketing performance, feature rollouts, and app version deployments. We’ve also built alarm systems based on Amplitude data to detect anomalies. Additionally, we segment revenue by user and user cohorts to evaluate revenue margins by feature and cohort over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations have persisted for years, forcing us to build workarounds for what feel like basic needs. For example, you can’t easily track “Week 2” user performance over time. In Microscope, you can’t find a filtered events directly—you have to manually scan through all events to find a match. The Android SDK doesn’t let you attach user properties directly to events like the API does, which causes race conditions and inconsistent data. The LTV chart doesn’t let you filter by date range without changing the x-axis, which limits its usefulness for deeper analysis. Lately, some of the charts have gotten slower and charts have been loading with 404 errors, requiring a page refresh, although usually customer support fixes issues like this when I report it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, no software company should be doing feature and version releases without making sure the right analytics are available for evaluating whether to continue the feature or version rollout. We use Amplitude for that.
I've been a fan for years
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and understand funnels and explore the data with no SQL knowlege
What do you dislike about the product?
So many UX changes lately it's difficult to find the features I'm used to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dig deeper into understanding why and user paths
Functional and very intuitive, wish it was more robust
What do you like best about the product?
The event based data query and intuitive UI
The ease of functionality for features such as the Measure As, Compare and Sampling to get faster results
Use it almost everyday, it was quite fast
Cohorting and retention metrics are easy to implement

What do you dislike about the product?
Certain important features like user defined views (where a complex query can be saved and reused and further modified) and user defined metrics are missing
Cohorting although easy to implement, feels sort of hidden and only power users would be able to discover it
Custom functions in measured as should also have functionality to add formating (% or #) and data labels in code so it is easier to label the different cuts in the visualisation compared to manually having to label every cut which adds the risk of human error and puts constraints on shareability of the report
Haven't used Customer Support or Integrated any new events but I hear they work well

Ease of access with quick TAT on nunanced data points
Shareability of reports with users who are not very advanced in data understanding
Share reports as Self Serve tools for users who are not very advanced in data understanding

Excellent product
What do you like best about the product?
Speed. UI/UX. Dashboarding. Fast search of properties and how frequently that property is used in queries
What do you dislike about the product?
No option for custom binning numeric columns. Writing custom property is not open for all. Funnel should allow more than 1 property as constant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating dashboards, quick trend about campaigns and user behaviour.
Helps in getting quick data-points for reporting, to test the flows if the events are being recorded
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Use, Detailed Charts & Funnel and checking events instrumentation in tables for new features
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike about, pretty much covers my functionality. If there could be some AI related features added to Amplitude, then it will be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To look for Trends and prepare Reports for Reporting
Good tool to monitor usage of our Product on a daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
I use Amplitude Analytics for two main reasons: monitoring the KPIs of my product on a daily basis and deep diving on a specific usage in case of an issue or if I need to run a discovery.
I really like the user friendliness of the interface, it is really easy and quick to build graphs and dashboards. Also, graphs get refreshed really fast so we don't lose time waiting for the data to load and can quickly iterate adding a data split, filtering on a dimension, looking at the result, adjusting the graphs....

What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside I found some types of charts are not available (e.g. pie charts)
