Chart options are adequate and aligned with nature of the data we want to view.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easier to edit an existing chart than keep creating new ones and having to keep track of them.
This means one has to try recreating a set of commonly used charts all the time.

A complete analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
There has never been a moment where I could not get the insight I wanted from Amplitude. The documentation around everything is just too good. I love the books published by amplitude . Ther are insane.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really that I don't dislike but sometimes working with funnels gets frustrating especially when I am working with custom date ranges and such scenarios
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me the biggest problem it solves is that I can very very accurately track the adoption and impact of my products on my clients. It helps us build better features.
It's powerful tool for data analytics about customers.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to build charts and make deep analyses. I like the new way to govern the events and properties, it's easy to set names and categories. Also, we have many possibilities to build a deep analysis. The language to that is similar to the SQL, which makes things more intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to understand how Amplitudes connects with the technical part. I'm more the final user of Amplitude and I don't set up the events and properties. I need the tech team to do that, would be much better if I could do it by myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to make more decisions through data analytics about users' behaviors. Once events and properties are set, we can do deep analyzes and get critical insights.
Amplitude is amazing. The reason why we do not use more is about pricing.
What do you like best about the product?
Variety of graphs and data visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way data can be exported or integrated to other platforms like BI tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying user behavour so that we could do changes in product.
Amplitude provides an easy way to track user-interaction
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add new and reuse old measurements for tracking user behavior on our web pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The query builder is somewhat unintuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking user behavior that enables knowledge-based steering of product development.
Top Notch Self-Service Analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup, and integration with Segment
What do you dislike about the product?
Beware of tricky Segment event properties being mapped to Amplitude (i.e. array of objects)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing business stakeholders to do product analytics in a self-serve manner, leads to faster decision-making across the organization.
Awesome self-service platform
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude allows me as a lifecycle marketer to be totally independent in my ability to conduct data analysis for A/B tests and identify cohorts of users that would be ideal to target for certain campaigns. The ease of use of the UI is a plus as well. It's fairly intuitive, and I don't need to know SQL to be able to pull data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve to Amplitude. It took me a solid 3 months until I felt comfortable being able to pull my own data sets. I still at times need a second set of eyes to make sure I am setting up a report correctly to pull the data I am looking for. I also don't love that Amplitude doesn't tell you if something is stat sig or not. The data also only lasts for a year in Amplitude, which sometimes can be challenging when wanting to do retrospective analyses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude allows the team to function and operate without the need to rely on an analytics function. We can be totally independent in reporting on test performance, understanding campaign impact, and researching behaviors of different user segments.
