Versatile data visualization
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to filter and group data. Configure graphics and arrange dashboards from several different sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some graphic options might be limited. You can only show bar or line charts, but not pie or donut charts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us see how our users navigate and use our products, and help us provide a better user experience
Excellent analytics solution for User Behaviour Analysis and customer journey
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, friendly and clean UI. Fully functional and customisable reporting module. Provide direct data exports to snowflake, so there is no need to create additional data pipelines and worry about missing events.
The A/B testing module is pretty good.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no significant downside so far. I hope some minor glitches will be fixed in future releases. Custom cohorts are not available in data exports. No option to clean erroneous data retrospectively in data exports and it has to be excluded manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps to understand User journeys and where they struggle the most. It enables us to understand better UI/UX improvement opportunities where traditional tools don't live up to expectations. Excellent solution for product teams
Regular user and promoter of Amplitude within our TAMP environment. It's been a huge help.
What do you like best about the product?
It's quite easy to build simple queries and reports. I'm not terribly technical, and I learned it pretty quickly. We've gained great insights from it, and it's enhanced my profile within the firm.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool required technical configuration with our platform. This was done well, but it's only about 75% configured. Now we have a hard time finding resources to complete the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us understand user patterns, navigations, trends, and more. Most important, it can provide insight into which features should be emphasized as we move to Next Gen applications.

Very easy to generate new charts, with a few built-in templates that guide you through the creation of some of the more valuable charts.

Getting events set up and tracked in your application is a non-trivial process.

The customer success team, specifically my point of contact - Alex, is always there to answer my questions and brainstorm how to get the data I want. The chat feature is also very quick and can help answer basic questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to measure the time a user spends on the page, which can be difficult as that is a common statistic needed in the commerce space. I'd also like the ability to add headers to the dashboards to label specific sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics is helping my team track the conversion of users purchasing products though NBCUCheckout. I can see granular data of where users are falling off in the process and use these stats to drive product improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
This language is easier to comprehend because it is comparable to SQL. It is simple to create charts and do comprehensive analyses. I appreciate how simple it is to set titles and categories using the new method of controlling events and attributes. We also offer other choices for doing a comprehensive analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
New users have a long way to go before using some of the platform's more advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude lets us immediately see what we did not know about our data. Previously, our entire data team was required to produce dashboards for us to filter and create funnels.
