Very well documented and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to manage and adapt the events and data we get directly in Amplitude. The tool is easy to use and works very well as a self-service data tool for growing companies.
The support is very helpful in case of need and will reply promptly as well

The diversity of functionalities can sometimes be a bit overwhelming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to add tracking and monitor releases, functionality and engagement of users within these functionalities. Being able to manipulate data ourselves it key in the way everyone can start making data-driven decision

What do you dislike about the product?
Performance (especially in Safari) is pretty bad — mostly on pages with multiple charts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand the userbase — what machines/browsers are the users using for our app. Also converge multiple datasources into amplitude helps us better understand who uses our apps and how.

I like that you can gain valuable information about how your customers are using new product features that you are testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the dashboards had more integrations and sharability outside of just the embedded share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is solving our testing of launching new features for our product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can save my reports to be able to run them quickly. I can group them by each of my accounts to have access to them in one place. I like the charts, these can be easily shared in presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot going on within each report and even the tool altogether. Some of the reports I question the validity of the data but I am not sure if that is the tool itself or the setup from the company side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to easily share with my customers what their usage looks like, areas of concerns, etc

The flexibility of the tool, the UX is very intuitive.

The data export from cohorts or reportts somethimes might be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visaulising vast amounts of user data.
Great product analytics tool for A|B testing analysis and funnel optimization
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, flexible and dynamic tool to analyze conversion funnels. A great tool for A|B test analysis that allows for analyzing multiple metrics and slicing and dicing the data to discover insights. We also use the notebook functionality for analysis write-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is only as good as your event instrumentation, so spend the time upfront to standardize your event instrumentation. While the tool is powerful, make sure your team understands how to use the various parameters or you risk interpreting results that don't mean exactly what you want them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics solves the issue of time to insight and rapid iteration of your product. Analysts spend most of their time analyzing the data instead of building the data pipelines and reporting functionality to do the analysis. Analysts, PMs, Engineers and business users can get insights in minutes, not days.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude does what we need it to. It also has a phenomenal customer service team and engineers who were very responsive in helping us get set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that the documentation was outdated/incomplete, but they had updated it as of the last time I had checked!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude allows us to gain visibility into user actions, knowing what steps our users are taking and where they struggle.

It is seamless to guide customers through their journey through milestone analysis which generate product experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no on-premise mobile app for iOS and Android systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Infuse AI which makes it rapid to offer relevant answers to complex product questions.
Flexibility can be too much of a good thing
What do you like best about the product?
Measure anything. I work for a medium-sized org with a broad range of intersecting products and teams. I like that any team can implement whatever they need to answer their question, and that anyone in the company can use that data to glean insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to get started with Amplitude. It's very flexible,but that also means there aren't many standardization controls across events and projects. It would be nice if there were some stock templates to start from that could be customized once you know what you want.
We have apps on multiple platforms that have similar, but not identical, interfaces. The "same" event in multiple projects must be named exactly the same (case sensitive), or else it won't collate correctly in cross-project views.

Great product for all people who are interested in valuable data research
What do you like best about the product?
We have built two great products on amplitude - casual puzzle match-3 games, and there was no tool that could be more useful than amplitude in that regard (believe me, we have tried A LOT).
Here is what it was useful for:
- Tracking and solving our users issues with flexible custom funnels;
- Building any kind of retention and revenue dashboards per UA campaign;
- Identifying issues on client and push notifications by custom events and event properties.
Here is what it excels at IMO:
- Simple, quick to onboard (can be used and was used by pretty much everyone on our team), flexible in terms of usage.
Here is what it was useful for:
- Tracking and solving our users issues with flexible custom funnels;
- Building any kind of retention and revenue dashboards per UA campaign;
- Identifying issues on client and push notifications by custom events and event properties.

- Simple, quick to onboard (can be used and was used by pretty much everyone on our team), flexible in terms of usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing, in particular, I was concerned about - even though I had used it for two years straight. It does everything it should in given architecture. There were a few issues with building tables (like level design dashboard), but we used another tool for this.

- Being able to have user streams, user paths all accessible in few clicks;
