Very intuitive analytics platform

What do you like best about the product?
We used to spend hours analysing data and trying to find patterns to make informed decisions. With Amplitude, we can do it much quicker and proper manner. It gives us the ability to create user-friendly charts and dashboards which help us keep track of the health of our business and, at the same time, derive meaningful data-driven decisions which can drive business impact in the long term.
It lets us pump data from multiple sources and combine it with being the single source of truth of all the metrics and keep track of our business health in one single place!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have some bugs which could be resolved. Also, we have data that goes out from multiple sources, so having a proper data taxonomy within the product can help non-users also hop on and start using the product without much Onboarding. Currently, since most users are not aware of what each of the metrics means individually, the more advanced users need to take a training session for the new users to make them understand what each of the metrics means
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for us to analyze data and understand your users' behaviour. It provides us with insightful analytics that helps us make informed decisions about your product which helps make business decisions. We use it to create dashboards with funnels and conversion charts; this helps us keep track of our metrics and make data-driven decisions. The best part is that I can create a dashboard for all my A/B tests and test Funnel conversion, Retention & overall revenue impact with it, which no other tool provides

Powerful analytics tool

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside is the constant innovation. They have had non-stop releases that add value over the 2.5 years we have been clients. They offer great Enterprise support and are competitively priced. The tool flexibility gives you the capability to create seamless analysis and reporting and to change directions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At our scale - tens of billions of events per month - they are not the fastest tool on the market, but they aren't the slowest I've used either. Their bug rate in the UI is also a little higher than I would like, though they are very responsive in addressing those bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There aren't too many areas that Amplitude can't cover with properly structured data. For us, they are driving improvements in funnel conversions, feature adoption and helping us understand user churn.

What do you like best about the product?
- self-serve analytics feature
- easy to administrate
- great support
What do you dislike about the product?
- There is a relatively steep curve to learning advanced features
- There are some charts limitations
- The forecast feature is a bit difficult to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Each discipline can create its queries. Ergo, Analytics is not a bottleneck for simple enquiries
- Analytics can tackle more tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating charts is quick and easy. I don't worry about the functionality and can focus on understanding the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude is great for analytics, but sometimes I wish it could give me automatic insights. E.g. we roll out a new feature. Clearly, there are new events in the system. Clearly, I want to know how they're performing. It's a match made in heaven.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need many Data analysts to answer easy questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to have all my data in one place and visualized easily for me. Having different dashboards for engagement metrics and revenue makes it easy for us to get an idea of the health of our games very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude can be a little slow for our team, which does cause us some friction. Because of how structured some sections are, like event segmentations, there are some limitations to how you can manipulate your data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is helping us determine the health of our projects. Whether this is a new app we are launching or a feature we are developing. We can use Amplitude to analyze our data and create actionable insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with out site makes it the place to look metrics, adoption and convertions funnels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we have too many events, sometimes is hard to find them, but that's on our side, we need to have a better event naming structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is solving our impact measurement, all the projects need to have an impact once is in production, and amplitude is our better tool to visualize them.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is the de facto standard for product analytics. A combination of speed, performance and great features makes it indispensable to analysts and product managers alike. It's a versatile tool for understanding segmentation, cohorts, A/B testing and funnels that no analytics org would be complete without
What do you dislike about the product?
There's little to complain about but sometimes tooltips are not the most intuitive. The product is extremely powerful but understanding where all the features exist can be difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude fills in the gap of understanding user behavior and instrumentation in a way that more back-end oriented tools like Looker cannot (both in terms of effectiveness and speed)
