Quick actionable data inputs
What do you like best about the product?
The platform excels at event-based analytics, cohort analysis, and user journey tracking, helping teams understand not just what users are doing, but why. Its intuitive UI, customizable dashboards, and powerful segmentation tools make it easy to identify patterns, test hypotheses, and make fast, data-informed decisions that drive growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve for new users (like custom events, advanced funneling, and behavioral cohorts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps answer critical questions like: Where are users dropping off? What features drive retention? Which user segments are most valuable? Before Amplitude, getting these insights required manual data pulls or waiting on BI teams, which slowed down decision-making.

Good Analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, you can customize the data you need to analyze quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very useful for ecommerce teams, but the measurement of the marketing channels impact can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me analyze traffic and campaign impact.
A must-have for any data-driven product team
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Amplitude Analytics is how intuitive and powerful it is at the same time. As a product manager, I use it every single day to explore user behavior, validate hypotheses, and measure the impact of our experiments. The interface is incredibly user-friendly — even complex funnels, cohorts, and custom events are easy to build and analyze. I especially appreciate how quickly I can go from question to insight without needing help from data analysts. It’s made me much more self-sufficient and confident in data-driven decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I genuinely enjoy using Amplitude, there are a couple of areas where there’s room for improvement. Sometimes, performance can lag a bit when working with very large datasets or highly complex charts. Also, the learning curve for advanced features like derived properties or custom formulas can be a bit steep for new users. That said, the documentation and support resources are solid, and once you're familiar with the platform, these become much less of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps me solve a core challenge in product management: understanding how users interact with our product and making data-informed decisions quickly. It enables me to track the full user journey - from acquisition through engagement to conversion - without relying heavily on engineering or data teams. This self-service approach is a huge time-saver and empowers me to run experiments, identify drop-offs, and prioritize product improvements based on real behavior.
By giving me fast, actionable insights, Amplitude helps me validate hypotheses, measure feature impact, and align stakeholders with data. It’s a critical part of how I identify growth opportunities and continuously improve our product experience.

Makes product decision-making faster and more confidently
What do you like best about the product?
As a B2B product manager, Amplitude has become a go-to tool in my daily workflow. It’s intuitive to use and powerful enough to dive deep into user behavior — even without writing SQL. I especially appreciate how easy it is to set up funnels, retention charts, and user journeys to quickly spot drop-offs or trends. The Chrome extension that shows event setup details is a lifesaver when I don’t want to check implementation code manually. The real-time data and dashboard flexibility make it easier to align my team and share insights across the org.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any major complaints, but there are a couple of things that could be better. New team members often need help getting up to speed — there’s a bit of a learning curve. And with the volume of events we track across regions, the tool can get sluggish at times, especially when loading properties or building complex charts. It slows down the workflow just enough to be noticeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps me understand how different user segments engage with our product, identify where they experience friction, and measure the success of new features. That clarity has helped us prioritize the right problems, reduce guesswork in roadmap decisions, and make faster product iterations. It's especially useful for aligning product, design, and customer success teams around the same data — all without needing a data analyst for every question.
After moving to Amplitude from GA, I never felt like I was missing something
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and quite intuitive. Coming from the old Google Analytics to Amplitude was a nice change.
At first, I was thinking we would lose a time of time getting to know the platform, the tables, the dashboards, so on so forth but to my surprise, creating dash boards it's just like playing in an Excel spreadsheet with pivots & data.
And after getting a couple of training sessions from Amplitude, I can comfortably and confidently analyze the data, provide reports to my stakeholders and much more.
It took like a week to get going and by the second week, everything was perfectly in place to not only replace GA but also expand on the data we have.
Oh, and it's such a breeze to connect other data sources to Amplitude (like GAds or Meta Ads).
With all the automation in place, using it daily it's quite a fun activity and the weekly & monthly reports are just automated to perfection👌

What do you dislike about the product?
Not gonna lie, so far (after close to 1y of using Amplitude), I have never got to a point where I felt the need to go back to GA. Plus, they are always brining new features.
No complaints from my side.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, having the ability to view the website, the app, and a combined version of both projects it's really expanding our ability to analyze and take decisions in terms of budgets and investments.
So, it's resolving a problem of visibility.

Really powerful analytics and great for multi-tenant setups
What do you like best about the product?
There's a bunch of sensible defaults built into Amplitude, and it's great for multi-tenant environments, like if you have a bunch of different customers and what to provide analytics individually and holistically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the sharing functionality could be better - for example, being able to set password protection on shared dashboards for instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Amplitude to get a sense of how customers and their users are using our product.
Great platform for real-time views
What do you like best about the product?
I consider myself currently as a light user of Amplitude, but it remains an essential tool in my daily workflow, and I will be spending more time using in the future. I primarily use it to verify that campaign activity has been successfully deployed and to monitor real-time updates. I've been impressed with the support we've received so far, particularly the full-day workshop that helped us define our North Star Metric—a key step toward driving long-term business success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't name any downsides right now. It feels intuitive and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confidence that marketing activity that has been scheduled has deployed correctly and as planned. In future state, we still that benefit extending to directing us and keeping our team focused on our primary goal; i.e. what is our North Star Metric.
Creates visibility into what marketing campaigns & channels are working
What do you like best about the product?
Creates visibility into website performance insights, allowing us to see which sources are converting the best
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features, so it can be time consuming to set up but is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The out-of-the-box marketing analytics have been truly helpful to deep dive into traffic, ad performance and most importantly conversions.
Very happy with how the product is evolving
What do you like best about the product?
We chose Amplitude from the very beginning, looking to have a clear view on our in app data, but also use its experimentation capabilities. It's a tool that product marketers can use with little or no help from data/growth teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't name any downsides right now. Just that we don't use some of its newer additions, such as Session replays, and can't share an opinion on this topic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps us keep track of user behaviour within the app, set up experiments, and gather insights.
Amplitude Analytics in Pharma
What do you like best about the product?
Creating custom dashboard per campaign which allows us to track our campaigns in real time and Optimise them
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the user interface was a bit more initiative with drag and drop charts easy to update. As currently you have to dig into each chart with a page refresh taking you to another page and then returning back to your main report takes alot of time especially when you have multiple charts on a template
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have a single dashboard showing customer journey with ease to share these custom dashboard focusing on campaign goals to Marketing Teams
