Best analytics tool if you want in depth anlytics

What do you like best about the product?
The depth of analytics that you can get is with amplitude is amazing. They have features like funnel analysis & event segmentation which are very useful. This is much better than google analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way feature to get page views & event load time which is a bummer for me. I know we can track them by defining events but that is very cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude has helped us in many ways: a) Finding UX problems b) Debugging issues on the platform c) Tracking new feature releases d) Tracking performance metrics like page load time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you just want to track basic analytics metrics like MAUs or DAUs go for google analytics. It much easier to install and require very little developer effort but if you want to track many details & get more in-depth analytics then go for Amplitude.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm Head of Customer Success at Hybank, a brazilian financial institute that prodives digital bank services to formal and unformal enterpreneus. With Amplitude i can create cohorts to see how is going my operation,if my clients are going to churn and much more. It helps Hybank to step to another level oh analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Id like to have the opportunity to go depper on my operation, but sometimes same datas get flat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can predict problems on my operation before it really happens, We can have a better view where are ours gaps, and solve the problem before it goes to our entire base of clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a easy and clean plataform to host your datas, Amplitude is the one :)

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use through its SDKs. Creating graphs and dashboard is very easy, even for non-tech people.

The time required to get insights up and running is very low and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you need more custom graphs is not very obvious how to get it right. Nevertheless, their documentation is full of examples and easy to follow.

I also don’t like that pricing is not clear on their site. You need to reach a representative to get a custom quote.

I would have also loved to have a mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting live insights for our App. We have learnt a great deal about our users !

Summing up other non-tech users of our organisation to Amplitude is a great advantage. The ability of communicating with real data was a game changer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out to experience the power of live analytics. Learning about your users is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
The funnels - theres no better way to help grow our product then using the funnel feature to see whats going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like the 'Previous time' feature - it's not done very well IMO - I think it could be easier to compare time frames of different variety. I also never know with the custom time frames exactly what the 'Previous' time frame is
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing our B2b Saas product by using the funnels to slowly improve our conversion rate

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to build really nuanced reports based on any user properties, events and event properties you have tagged.
User lookup feature which makes it easy to trace the journey of specific users you are investigating
Unlimited funnel reports
Free tier is quite generous to get started and validate business case
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks ability to create "tables" with specific data rules like you can do in Tableau or Looker
Need more ability to graph out additional values on single charts (ie cant see multiple lines for various conversion rates in multi step funnel reports, cant create single charts that show both counts and sums of properties like one with unique users and revenue sums as separate lines)
Needs more flexibility and features around revenue reports
Paid plans get quite expensive
Async support on entry level plans can be clunky and slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems:
Reporting on general product performance
Funnel analysis
Identifying and exporting cohorts for marketing campaigns
Detailed product behavior analysis
User Segmentation

Benefits:
Democratizing access to data inside my organization
Disproving assumptions using data
Finding customer issues we were able to resolve to drive more revenue

Look through their reporting documentation to see HOW you will be able to set up and dig into data
Get on their free plan with a representative use case to validate LOE and whether their analytics setup will address your data needs.

Quick and Easy Access to Data for Non Technical Employees

What do you like best about the product?
We have data coming in from our database and from customer.io our email marketing platform. If one of my team members creates an email and sends it out we are able to analyze the funnel and the results of that in a deeper more meaningful way. I am able to put this in the hands of employees who are not too technical and they are able to easily figure it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I haven't been able to figure out yet like grouping email addresses for the same user to look at a funnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We definitely want our employees to have easier access to data and this solves that problem. We also want to combine data from different data sources. I also can make very simple reports quickly to analyze the success of something

A lot of analysis options, here I can discover a lot of insights about users behaviour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems to complicated. Also some problems with revenue tracking. It can be more informative and support currency conversion.

It helps me to find problem in my products and optimize it.

What do you like best about the product?
The event timeline and the way you can easily create charts and cohorts are great. It adapts very well to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting everything up and learning can take a little bit of time. The learning curve is a bit steep, but it normal for a solution this complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can set up our KPIs and track them with Amplitude. It also helps us understand the main issues our users run into.

What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to use, everyone can login and star to make and share charts.

Since we started using Amplitude all our team can easily access to data, and reduce the workload of our data team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features I want to try are available only for other plans, maybe they can push later the trial of other features once the customer knows more about what they can offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude let us know which features are more used and see easily the user flows in our platform

Try and test all the features that they have available in the free trial.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an extremely powerful and flexible platform for tracking how users interact with your product. An easy way to measure user retention. The freemium model is perfect for a company just starting out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that Amplitude can't report the behavior of users who have ad-blockers on their browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use amplitude to identify friction points like UI problem, and to see whether successive versions of the product exhibit increased user retention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use it if you need to measure user engagement. It's the best software in it's category.
