What do you like best about the product?
Customer support, Funnel analysis chart, event analysis and detailed user flow

Some good features are moved to a costly plan

Business growth, retention analysis and user flow are majority of areas we use Amplitude for. We can certainly make sense of our growth with amplitudes analytics in picture

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is my best friend to understand the performance of my app, my campaigns, everything! It's so easy to handle, so easy to learn every day new ways to analyze. I'll recommend this platform to anyone that wants to make excellent decisions about their product and digital campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is hard to track some events in the pathfinder, I prefer to use funnels instead
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As digital communications manager, I need to review the performance of all my campaigns in real-time. Amplitude lets me detect if something is not working and helps me decide to make quick changes to revert the results.

Amplitude will make your life easier!
UI is easy to understand but not easy to handle when I first started

Struggled to understand tracking issues and always consider inaccurate data

To increase retention I utilize funnel analysis and retention analysis. Retention is not easy to calculate if it should be calculated with sql

The platform is intuitive; the customer onboarding, enablement, webinars to ensure customers are getting the most out of the platform is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is so powerful! There is so much to it - I recommend understanding what you need most out of it, get training/understand that first to bring value, and then get deeper and invest in learning the platform. Highly valuable for Customer Success teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is helping product managers with their decision-making processes, their customer success teams understand customer usage, when, where, and identifying metrics that really matter. In today's complex data landscape, this platform is worth exploring and investing in if you want to grow with data-driven decisions. Guessing what customers use and want is no longer an option if you want to win.

- It's very easy to use, even for people that don't know how to query
- It's easy to collaborate on dashboard spaces

- Sometimes, it's hard to customize something; there are a lot of presets that are seven days, where some users might want to use 14 days.

Getting business insights that help us inform how we can improve our product. Monitoring how our product is used.

If you're building a product, need a simple solution that gives you a lot of data insights out of the box, this is a fantastic choice. It allows you to easily browse the data and share it.

The format of the CSV files when other languages than English appear. Unfamiliar letters appear as strange symbols.

The fastest and the easiest solution for mobile app analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Amplitude as both Live Ops and SMM manager and find it the most convenient and fast solution I've met. The data is aggregated super fast, the charts are easy to create and move along multiple dashboards. The interface is quite intuitive and easy to get used to. The most helpful tool Amplitude has is the "Formula" which allows you to generate multiple charts at the same place just using simple mathematic formulas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to get data that was generated more than 365 days ago. but still there are some tricks to do so!
