Easy to track customer usage as a CSM

What do you like best about the product?
As a CSM I use Amplitude every day to track a few things:

- The product usage of my book of business - Amplitude makes this quite easy with the dashboards, I can have multiple charts for all my customers to track their usage. It's easy to manage and also create for each one.

- Automation with hubspot is also really useful, the ability to track events and assign to users on hubspot, plus creating cohorts which can then be used as part of workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of using multiple cohorts or tracking multiple events, it's definitely something to consider especially as a smaller business.

Wish there was better education or workflows for new users getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking product usage
Automating timely communication to users

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to create reports and charts and get that visualisation on the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often find bugs which hinder the quality of the data within Amplitude.

Running analytics, checking for data quality, creating reports for new features within our product

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create real-time analytics that indicates the success of my campaigns. In addition, the integration of Amplitude and our marketing automation platfrom (Braze) is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometime find it hard to make a more complex analysis that involves number of events and properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First it indicates me whether the feature/campaign works or not.
Than, i can drill down to the User ID level to investigate if any unexpected issue occured.
It benefits the most with allowing me understand deeply the success level of my campaigns.

Ease of creating a variety of chart types, ease of segmentation of specific customers, useful for experimentation and a/b testing, good for monitoring CVR

Some features not available because they're on higher plans, UI changes a lot

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to setup up charts to find insights in data
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in experimentation setups can be a let down
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using amplitude I am able to
a) Quickly gain knowledge and insights about users and their activities in our app
b) Do deep analyses via funnels and find drop offs
c) Saves effort of manual data setup and instead offers a feature called compass that calculates correlation for you - really like this
d) Setup and analyse experiments using amplitude

What do you like best about the product?
It can host huge amounts of data. Technical platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited user access roles. This limits users for many interesting things you can do on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting, Segmentation, Automation, Reporting, Data housing. The platform can host a lot of data. We can create finetuned cohorts on Amplitude; for a more targeted approach. The reporting dashboards one can create are proper.

Amplitude is a power to track user behaviours and interactions, and the cohort feature is also very helpful to help us target the respective audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The choice of visualisation and chart are limited, somethings it can be very buggy in the loading of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What is the conversion rate of certain features, and this help us understand if the feature is actually doing well or making a impact to the users

What do you like best about the product?
We use Braze for customer engagement - so i love that we're able to track conversions for custom events by adding them into an Amplitude funnel

Can be hard to navigate and have inflexible filters
