What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, provide some basic charts usability

it takes time to run. Sometimes could be slow to open a dashboard or notebook

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add charts by the type of report like funnel segmentation, user cohorts etc, It's easier for a first time user to familiarise with the tool and start building dashboards in minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to view a chart and table simultaneously in the dashboard for the same data. Having to pick between view the data in table, chart, KPI metrics

What do you like best about the product?
I love the usability of the product and how easy it is to find info in the documentation.

- Dashboard creation and possibility to edit filters
- Time Conversion Analysis
- AB test analysis (winner, statistical significance)
- Conversion driver analysis (loved this one, met it recently)
- Creation of notebooks explaining the rationale of the feature (documentation ++)

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be always up to date with new features by email. I would also like to pin my user to easily find it in the user lookup area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track my product metrics and generate insights daily. Amplitude takes up a large part of my day.
Amplitude Analytics is an everyday tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, has a very clean look and is the key tool for me to track performance for organic content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to track more complex customer journeys across different pathnames without manually implementing a lot of URLs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am tracking performance of my written content. With Amplitude I can analyze which pages have the most impact and react a lot faster on changes.
Very Intuitive & Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Funnels, segmentation & Retention come in very handy if we want to start doing a quick analysis on our own, without running a query
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Amplitude is too slow to pull the data I'm looking for & I can't trust the customer journey. It would be great if we could get journey insights & better customization.

I use Amplitude for Product analytics on activation, retention & customer journey.
Amplitude is awesome to visualize revenues and cogs data over time.

The fact that I can only go back 12 months. This is a massive downside as I always need to join the data back outside of amplitude to go back to historicals

I can consolidate all my views into a single one, build dashboards that are used by other stakeholders and make thing simple for them to understand

I really like its visualization system, and you can keep lots of data in there. You can check whatever you want in seconds.

there is nothing that I dislike about the amplitude
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don'have any problems with the tool but sometimes it needs some IT jobs so we have to wait for it in the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a really great tool for app/web analytics. You can create lots of data visualizations with that tool and create different dashboards for different teams in the same organization

Amplitude is very helpful in my daily routine. I use it everyday to check my results and performance
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is the easy way we can build charts and dashboars. It's totally custom to my needs. Besides that, it's very easy to copy the chats and use them for others metrics. I can see all my chats very easily in the same page, when I put them all together in a Dashboard. If I could say whats I think about the amplitude in only one sentence, I would say that amplitude makes my life easier and helps a lot my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been using amplitude for a long time, so I don1t have a lot of bad things to say about it. The first thing that took me some time to understand its the event. Amplitude has its own events that need to be implemented on the website. Because of that, It took me some time to understand what were the events I had to track on amplitude. Besides that, it also took me some time to understand whats were the metrics I had to use to see the information I wanted. Sometimes it gets hard to filter the information you need. It took me some time to understand what are the fields related to the user or to the event, and then what are the event that added up when we used the unique events
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude in my daily routine to understand my user journey. I use it to check my performance daily and mainly to check the conversion rate between my user journey. It makes me much more productive because I can visualize all the steps of my user journey very quickly without the necessity of looking at different screens. Besides that, If we think about time, it benefits me financially because I can be more productive and use my time to the things that matter; it's automatically updated, so I don't have to use my time bringing data together. I can spend most of my time analyzing the data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everyone who needs to make your day easier and analyze data should use Amplitude. You can build chats and dashboards vey easily, and, the best of all, is that you can adapt the chats you already have by only changing some metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is a fantastic tool for diving deep into user behaviour data. It's a tool that is simple enough for non-data stakeholders to get immediate access to straightforward results, like event totals, users accessing features, and funnel analyses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more complicated charts are non-intuitive and difficult for stakeholders to use. Even if they do end up trying out new charts, they often make significant mistakes without realizing it. This could be a disparity between Amplitude's expectation of the data and the actual needs of our data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Amplitude primarily for calculating usage rates for success metrics. We've also recently become much more comfortable using Amplitude for deep dives - investigating what a user does after interacting with key features or what leads them to discovery.
