Great amount of options, UX is very friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The UX and simple to use infer face when dealing with data, all the changes you can do with simple instructions clearly highlighted. Plus, the fact that you can share analytics with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to change dates, sometimes the changes are not registered. Also the amount of time that it takes to load huge amounts of date is sometimes a little bit too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analysing huge amounts of data and events more mobile games. It allows me to quickly iterate and find answers to Problems I might have with no code in between.

What do you like best about the product?
User funnel analysis is very critical for a B2C application like ours, and amplitude provides the best insights to do so. This is very critical in improving a lot of OKRs on individual service and product level that we keep a track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data is slightly skewed, and cannot be corroborated with the back-end data that my team has. This results in slight discrepancies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, mobile app analytics and user funnel analysis. The benefits are definitely tangible in terms of the service OKRs.

relatively straight forward tool to onboard to and able to do deep dives as well into specific users

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the visualization technique for Amplitude Analytics. You can create lots of different dashboards and cohort analyses and everybody in your company can reach these reports. In that way, they can see the performances just in a second and after that create some actions according to the Amplitude Analytics reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is getting very slow and you can not work with the large data set. It may be easier to create dashboards with sessions like other cohorts. There should be some default dashboards and we should use them for our different measurement reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company with Amplitude Analytics, we are creating custom dashboards, cohorts for the different performances. In that way, every team is able to check their performance and create actions according to the metrics in Amplitude Analytics.
It is quite a user friendly tool but needs to be improved
What do you like best about the product?
It is better to use Amplitude instead of a few different analytics tool. It is useful to see all data together. It solves attribution problem, therefore it is better for marketing insight and analytics. Also it is easy to produce some reports that everone can understand. What is more, it is deployed easily, techinacally a positive thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT might be improved in terms of adding new taggings, it is sometimes hard. Also, it is easy to prepare a dashboard but it is ver slow. It must be as fast as Datastudio for example. It is taking some time to see the data.

Taking all the data together before preparing some dashboards

It is a better way tocontrol and show all the data together with Amplitude Analytics.

I love to explore the user Journey in the app. We can understand what is the best tools in our app and what other products we can improve. It's necessary to improve our app

The events are a good way to understand our users. However, it needs to be more visual. Maybe with a similate of the app working on.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes product analysis and visualization very easy to develop and iterate over, enabling you to focus your time looking for insights rather than preparing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as powerful to make customizable dashboards as the traditional BI tools like Tableau or Power BI and other types of event-base sources of data beyond customers behaviour related ones (like a driver app) may not be the most suitable alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand our customers behavior through their interaction with our platforms. Showing the ways our users engage with the app and website, I can provide valueble information to our PMs and POs to help them discover sources of improvement.

The perfect tool for Conversion Rate Optimisation
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is a fantastic tool; the most helpful feature is predictive analytics and the A/B testing tools. I can easily analyze my A/B and MVT tests, and it gives me accurate and fast results, which I can dissect to explore in a more granular way. The tool is better than any testing platform I've used (VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, etc.) mostly because all our analytics and data are integrated into a single platform and we can look at the lifecycle effects of tests after they have concluded.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're used to GA or Adobe Analytics, it may take you a while to get used to, I'd also say its a product geared more towards Product teams than Marketing teams. Amplitude has a unique chart-building mechanic and doesn't come with lots of presets; however, client success team has been exceptionally helpful in setting us up for success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving with Amplitude Analytics is how different user groups interact with optimizations and design changes to the Landing Pages and checkout flow of our eCommerce site. I've been able to get very granular with the data to explore precisely what's going on and segment the audience based on many helpful parameters. We've increased our conversion rate significantly and learned a great deal about our users and prospect.

Look into the complementary products like the Recommend and their Testing platform to get the most out of the product.
