Great tool but performance is lagging
What do you like best about the product?
Simple visualizations let you see product performance at a glance. If configured well by the org it's easy for business users to build their own dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is slow and getting slower every day. Sometimes charts spin for minutes before rendering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking A/B tests. Monitoring key business metrics like sales and revenue. Much easier than alternatives like writing SQL queries or using outdated products like Tableau
Easy to use and understand, good navigation, complete metrics
What do you like best about the product?
I personally like the funneling part of amplitude. It give me a tremendous insight to what happen on my conversion funnel right now. For other tools, i need to perform a data work first prior to get the insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chart insight legend (overall, average, last value), it should not dissapearing when we put more than 2 data/event parameter on the segmentation chart. Or at least somehow put option for the users to see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can produce funnel insight in less than 10 minutes. This process usually take longer than 45 mins when using other tools because I need tp process and compile the dataset first.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you looking for analytics tools where you can produce insight within minutes and easy to use, this is it!

That it is very intuitive, even if you haven´t used it, it immediately makes sense

Sometimes the visualization I want isn't as easy to achieve. I would like to hace a field for x axis, y axis and values

Gives me so much insight into my users so I can make crucial business decisions within seconds.

There are a couple of types of reports I would like, however there are always workarounds and the CS team are always so happy to help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete transparency of how users engage with our product. e.g. where they drop off, what leads them to purchase, etc.

Go for it, you won't regret it.

The funnel conversion window is only 90 days. It costs $12,000/year to get a full year look.

I like the way amplitude help me giving insight.it is very easy to use.ANon tech background person will also handle amplitude in much easy way it is completely adaptable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is quite good, it makes my work life very easier. I used to extract various information and will work on it I didn't find anything to be changed or bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't saw any problems but there is only 1 that is it hangs sometimes when I add charts in a dashboard and it stop working.that needs to be resolved as sometimes we have so many charts to compare and analyse

Very intuitive layout and logic - almost anyone can pick it up

Not much to add here, but some features are hidden or not explained well.

A/B tests and results. Also, seeing difference between the 2 version and making data-backed decisions.

Intuitive interface and is very easy to use even for non-analytical roles. What I like the most are the ease of funnel building and retention analysis.

Downloading files is not great. I am sure it can be improved.

A great tool for analytics with a lot a more future opportunities to grow
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is straightforward and easier to pick up. Some of the analysis types are intuitive. TL;DR- the tool does most of the work for you with some minimal tinkering from your end to make it yours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool sometimes is super slow to respond and bugs pop-up around filters and how the charts are displayed in the dashboard. It can provide more user control.

All Product Analytics. We are able to read the trends clearly and make the right calls most of the time.
The ups and downs with Amplitude
What do you like best about the product?
Incredible ability to monitor the behavioral patterns of users and build relevant reports for them. Helps tremendously with segmenting customers and targetting them accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exploring the new features requires a bit of time to understand them properly. There is still room for improvement in making it even more straightforward.
Secondly, while it still has lots of great features, it still lacks a few features which can quickly be built upon the already existing ones. I have already raised a ticket for one.

So far mostly to understand the customer funnel, which it helps with a lot. Secondly, helps with understanding the performance of our campaigns on Braze and
