Super User-Friendly and Quick Data Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and speed in which you can find the answer to a question by pulling data features into a chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like a little bit more description on what the definitions are of each data point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool to use as a performance marketer. Looking at trends, monitoring how channels are affecting acquisition, retention, etc. It's great to get quick feedback on what's working and what's not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great quick queries into great visuals and charts.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is very easy and straightforward to use. Many functionalities and different options for analysis are availble from segmentation, stickiness, personas and cohort analysis. The design is very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality of showing users who perform either event X OR event Y OR both could be improved in the future to allow for better analysis. In our organisation we had this case many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Amplitude in the Product team to analyze the customer behavior in order to decide on what features to prioritize and to analyze how the user is interacting with the feature.

I liked most of the amplitude dashboard creation and using the product.

Events grouping is not simple, I felt it was redundant work. Need a simple way to group events

It helped access the user base and usage of the application.

Extremely easy to build charts and understand user flows. Very contained tooling.

Sometimes analysis is limited by pre-defined charting.

What is most helpful about Amplitude is that it allows product managers to analyze data quickly without writing SQL queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to do complex analyses on Amplitude. Amplitude could improve the UI to make it more intuitive.

Amplitude Analytics enables our product managers to analyze large amounts of data to understand how users interact with our products.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how fast each tool processes large sets of data and allows my team to easily find insight and develop rich audiences to fit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some tools don't allow us to use 'cohorts' I've created for all analytics and recommendation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to easily create complex cohorts with a variety of data points that are easily synced to Braze to action for our CRM campaigns.

Amplitude helps me understand the user behaviour and how our features are performing.
Amplitude is an extremely robust product analytics management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude provides complex analytical graphs to be created by end-users that would otherwise be extremely cumbersome to do with SQL.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude analytics has a relatively steep learning curve for end-users, and training resources are not always helpful. It also requires strong data governance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to retain users, understanding which critical events drive users back to our site. Using the stickiness graphs, we identified two critical events which drive retention.

Prioritize your goals first, establish a sound plan for data governance.

Amplitude's charts let my teams quickly measure product performance. Even non-Analysts can leverage the platform well.

- exported CSVs usually end up being massive due to more fields than necessary

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in Product Analytics, Amplitude let's me create and share dashboards that monitor the main KPIs quickly. Teammates can collaborate on dashboards.

It was super easy for me to see that 6 am-9 am, orders placed are approx +10% vs. last Monday. It was SO easy to do this/manipulate in amplitude
